The setting is beautiful, with old trees and a lovely pool. Room was good, with patio and hammock. Shower had seen better days. One or two of the staff tried really hard. However, the place is woefully under managed, and has quite a few problems. 1. No written info about the hotel, in the rooms or the lobby. Absolutely no...

Rooms are very comfortable, gorgeous taste in the restaurant, and very kindly service! Several rooms to share with friends, to read in a quiet room, the pool is very clean and in excellent condition. good location, No more than 15 minutes from the airport. We spent three nights here in the middle of our holiday and it was just what the doctor ordered. We only had one tour to a coffee plantation so spent the rest of the time relaxing. This hotel provided what we were looking for: relax and possibility to visit the wonders of the region. Restaurant is really good and breakfast is super nice on an unique garden! Definitively will stay if I go again.

We stayed at Sazagua for three days and it was so much better than ever expected. The hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations and the food was incredible every single night! We stayed at Sazagua 4 nights in November. My wife and I had The Suite of the Resort while my wife’s Mother and Tia shared a smaller room. Back to our room – if it’s available I recommend spending a little more and book it. The bedroom/living area and bathroom are large but the best part is the wrap around...

Not only the hotel is very gentle, so are all the employies. The restaurant is really good and with a very good value for price. Try "empanadas de Maria"! Our room was very nice and me and my wife are very happy for having known this hotel.
