It was my second time here and I really love the hostel! Every one working there is so nice! I lost my bag with my passport in a bus when I arrived there and they helped and phoned and the next day I got my bag back. Saludos y gracias by the way :) I also did a diving course...

We didn't sleep most of night, because our fans were not working. When asked for a refund the next morning, the manager replied: you should have told us before. But, in general, the hostel is good. The pool is nice and it's generally a big hostel.

We came here as a family and had a room for 4 with a private bathroom and 2 bunks. The kids are late teens so loved the freedom, the pool, the TV room with its huge couches etc. I was worried I would hate it but I didn't. It's not aimed at middle aged people but it was clean and...

More than 1 hour drive from city center. No running water in room, no apology, blamed on me for wanting running water. Bed bugs bite me hard. Sex assault likely. Staff are always creeping on girls. Super sleezy and 5

Garbage customer, Garbage Review. Dude, when writing fake reviews the idea is to make it sound believable. I mean really, one hour from the city centre? It's only 10 minutes from one side of santa marta to the other. Also, just rattling off the most horrid stuff just destroys your credibility not ours, you have to stick to one topic...

Drop bear is a really nice hostel only too far from the city. You have to take a taxi if you want to go for diner or a drink in town. Although the restaurant from the hostel is also quite nice. I booked a daytrip to minca at the hostel this wasn't worth the money. I was informed that this...

Very comfortable; staff it's brilliant. Thanks Shayre and Maria for everything. Had the best time in Santa Marta. The hostel offers plenty of activities but make sure you book them in advance. 4 days wasn't enough for me to do it all!! Definitely coming back. The bike tours are highly recommended 👌🏾 cheers boys!

I had an incredible time at Drop Bear! So much that I decided to return to the hostel numerous times throughout my stay in Colombia. The hostel has a really fun bar, a pool, a hang out/ community room where you can lounge around and watch Netflix or play pool, a restaurant, hammocks and amazing staff. The rooms and restrooms...

Drop Bear Hostel is filled with incredibly personable staff, great food, a super comfy TV room, a pool that stays the perfect temperature, and hammocks everywhere... truly all the accommodations you could need to feel at home, away from home. Oh, and free coffee from 7-10! That's always a plus. :)
