My family members and I all had a great time. The rooms and hotel were very clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. I did not have any bad experiences while there. I wii definitely be going back.
Prices at food venues too high. There were not enough employees checking on guests. The hotel is beautiful, but it is away from the life of Atlantic City, the Boardwalk. Maybe you could offer a FREE shuttle. You nickel and dime guests with parking fees and shuttle fees, I'm sure you could comp those items..
Very clean, up to date, organized. Digital keys could be better. Weed stench in our room at night was pretty gross. Cleaning staff walking around halls at 9 am chatting it up waking everyone on the floor.
Celebrated our anniversary at the Borgota. Room was super clean, staff friendly, check in a breeze and Chris Rock show was funny. We didn't win money, but that was expected. Weather was frigid outside, so the pool and hot tub was wonderful!
Have been coming to Borgata for business meetings for a number of years. It's a good location. There are a number of different restaurants on site and food is good. They have a number of facilities for business meetings. Parking is ample on site.
Wonderful staff, excellent food choices, quality and pricing. Bed and comforter were super comfortable Plenty of slot machines that paid out decently if you know when to stop. We stayed in the hotel the entire stay and just relaxed. We had everything we needed in the hotel.
My sister and I stayed at the Borgata,MGM for my 70th Birthday. We usually stay at oceans, but had a very big problem. We decided to try Borgata. It was wonderful!!! We ate at Angelina and the old homestead, both time we shared 1 meal in each place, and both time it was wonderful. They understood we wanted to share everything and they split it for us gladly, they were so nice we will come anytime
The restaurant all American was terrible steaks were chewy had to send back not what I expected for 100 a person Tried to book a spa day for wife reception desk at spa was rude and un inviting Spa Manager had to call and explain the services as the ladies couldn’t answer any questions nor had any info at spa desk The bill on the hotel portfolio was different then the receipt from the spa Restaurant and spa issues were never resolved At check out they had one person and it took forever to get through the cue
Tried Japanese restaurant and enjoyed the food and service. Also liked all the gaming options with slots and table play. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful including the rewards desk and the dealers and pit boss
Borgata is a poorly run casino . The room is nice and the check is fast and thst is it. The buffet is now closed three days a week . A casino without a well priced buffet is definitely struggling Many restaurants are now closed . The food court downstairs is below average and depresding . After placing a bet at the Sports bar the bartender insulted us after refusing to serve us until we played their games . We were playing their video games but asked for two glasses of red wine . Then he said he wouldn’t serve us for we were drunk . I contacted the manager and filed a complaint . Our rooms were not cleaned daily and so se had to call for new towels. I am not sure whst is actually run well at this casino. On the positive side we visited the Ocean hotel and it was great . Borgsta not worth the visit. …
