A very clean hotel. Most of the staff were bi-lingual and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and at least 4 Star status. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was a good speed and stable. Booking on the app was slightly problematic the second time round but otherwise a decent hotel. A repeat stay is a... More

The Hotel is very well located. A warm welcome, the staff is very thoughtful, available and professional. I was very satisfied and I definitively recommend this place either for business or traveling trip (clean and safe by the way).

The Ibis Abidjan Plateau is a well priced and conveniently located hotel. The downside is that a reservation made with a credit card guarantee means nothing. There may be a room, there may not, as the hotel is completely disorganised. If you are OK with the idea that room availability is Russian roulette, go for it. If not, pay a... More

The only thing that you can say about the hotel is the breakfast. It is very rich and there are a lot of different foods you can find and enjoy. But the rooms are very small and dirty. The staff is not helpful.

Safe hotel, nice lobby considering, very friendly and helpful staff. There are safes in each room and AC is functional. The basics are all there! I tried 3 rooms before settling on my 4th on the 7th floor (a smoking floor). The lower level rooms are musty and dank - it seemed like the building could not breathe, and I... More

This hotel is very well located, offers decent services, but is getting old. The food is ok but expensive. The breakfast is not bad at all. The property itself needs to be refurbished because its age is showing, especially in the rooms. On my first night, I was given Room 216, but it was not suitable because of its sickening... More

Initially I thought this hotel is out of order. As wifi was not available, no special treatment for gold status member etc. but after one week things looked okay, considering environment. Wifi was fast once it became available. Entrance is safely guarded. There is a kind of garden so that you can still relax a bit. Breakfast was very flexible... More

The quality of the rooms need to be improved to match the lobby and reception and also the hotel name. The rooms are not that appealing. Hotel need to have local laundry service. it doesnt make sense to have normal service taking 24hrs. The rooms needs also more ammenities.

I walked into this hotel for a business meeting with my French visitor. The security situation at the door was ok and friendly. What surprised me was the dirty restaurant immediately after the reception! There was litter everywhere and used plates and cutlery that stayed there even after our two hour meeting. The staff did not look bothered by the... More
