Opatija is really a tourism veteran , old shine beauty that still fascinates. This hotel could shine with same splendor, for it has the prerequisites, beautiful building, superior location, history, and even parts of furniture and decor. But no, they are stuck in time, in some eighty's of the last century. It is a shame. People are kind, the building... More

The location of this hotel is superb, we had a Deluxe room with a gorgeous wiev. The purpose of the trip was a short romantic getaway (kids, jobs...) and hotel Mozart is perfect for that! Will definitely return.

This hotel was lovely once, I'm sure, but those days are over. It hasn't been kept up...even the simple things are lacking. Our room had 3 broken lamps, peeling paint, and a wet spot spreading from the corner of the ceiling. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with hard pillows. I'm afraid that the management had decided to let the place... More

We stayed here overnight on our way to Plitvic National Park -- it's beautifully appointed, staff was lovely, room was nicely decorated and comfortable (ours even had a bathtub, long and narrow as it was). The breakfast was outstanding, the best of our holiday. We had to park in a garage, a short walk, and fee was not unreasonable.

This old but remodeled hotel couldn't be much better placed. The room looked out onto the water. Right on the main street and we were not bothered by the street noise. On the other hand the room darkening curtain simply did not work so we may have awakened before the street came alive. The staff was courteous but the room... More

Hotel has seeen much better times. Rooms are rather small for 5* furniture are old and used. Lift is extremly slow and small. Breakfast is correct. Location is perfect in center of Ooatija. Maybe 3* not more.

It was a romantic getaway for my birthday. A Total suprise with a prepared love letter on bed, flowers on the table,a birthday cake with champagne they brought to the roome and room service. Just like in a romantična movie. The view was fantastic. Cleanliness is impeccable. We also pamper at their wellness with 3 types of sauna, a jacuzzi... More

Dont expect the hotel to be scoenbrunn palace or sth. There are many things that need to be repaired but the stuff, food and services ... I give them 6 stars! The beach and the bars are close, everything you would need is here.

We took Deluxe room, sea view. There were old dry remains of flowers untouched from the year before with cigarette butts as a decoration on the balcony. It was spring, we expected some flowers in 5stars hotel. Also wall on the balcony needs to be repainted as it`s dirty. Door of the balcony has broken bottom plastic part. Door of... More
