We went during the Carnival holidays. The friendliness of the owners is unique. Do not miss the stories about the indigenous community told by the owner. We were surprised by the tireless work of Joselin, an employee of the ranch. However it is overpriced compared to the service they offer and accommodation in Imbabura. Average food and accommodation.

We spent a lovely weekend with the owners of the Hacienda, it was like being home but even better! It was a quiet weekend and we were the only guests on Saturday and Sunday night and we could not have been happier. Chelita was a wonderful hostess and a great cook. We walked the farm, talked about the struggles of...

The road to the hacienda is a bit bumpy, and makes you very curious. But the reward is amazing. Hostess Chelita and host Rosendo are one of the most attentive and nicest hoteliers we have experienced in Ecuador. The lit up the fire-place, Chelita cooks a very tasteful and original meal, makes an even better breakfast for you. Rosendo likes...

It is well worth the drive to this hacienda. The couple that run it are so friendly with a fountain of knowledge of the area, local native culture, organic grown herbs and vegetables and history. Spent a week here and was impressed with the comforts, the rustic amenities of the historic hacienda, the friendly owners and staff who attended to every need. The organic, gourmet food is almost entirely grown on the hacienda itself and is prepared with creativity and artistry. Wonderful use of crunchy chia and amaranth seeds in salads, morning yoghurt, on fruit,...

I went with a group of 8 people to this hosteria and it was an amazing experience. The accomodations are in a beautiful grand house on a working farm and the food is made almost entirely from what is produced/raised on the grounds.
