Nice affordable spot if your on a budget. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was included. The food was simple and good portion size and delicious. The staff members were friendly. They were very accommodating. Would come again!

Room was large and clean. I would not recommend ground floor rooms next to swimming pool as they are quite noisy, facing a small street, very dull, overall not a good choice. First floor rooms are nice, clean some of them with balcony and view. Location is very convenient as close to everything. Poor wifi

If you can manage to sleep through the major building works that go on all day from about 8am to 7pm, you then have to negotiate having a cold shower as there is no hot water at all in the building. Then you go for breakfast which is meant to be self service. When I arrived at breakfast this morning, there wasn’t any! I found a member of staff who was managing breakfast and I communicated using google translate. I eventually got brown bread and a bowl of cereal and some milk for my tea. The attitude of the woman was that I was an irritation. It really is like an episode of faulty towers here. Three cleaners kept banging on my door one morning, (I stayed here for 5 nights with my friend) until I answered the door and insisted they came in and cleaned the toilet there and then. There doesn’t appear to be anyone over the age of 20 working here and no one appears to be managing the staff. The place is more like a hostel that is being run at the convenience of the staff. The stairs are chipped and some steps are very narrow making my friend feel unsafe. The hot tap on the shower was so tight, I could just about turn it on and off if I gripped it with a towel and used all my strength to turn it. God help you if you were elderly! There wasn’t any hot water anyway. My first impression was of being fleeced. We were $90 by booking.com each, per night and there’s no way you should be paying more than $25 per night for this place. N the positive side. The location is very convenient for the ferry and for the restaurants and shops on Puerto Ayora and the bed was comfortable. The air con worked which was a relief. There is a tv but no English channels, no in room safe and no WiFi in the building outside of reception which is ok for a hostel but not for a supposedly 4 star hotel. My friend summed it up by saying ‘we are inconveniently staying on their building site.’

My room was large, nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. I was on the 3rd floor so I had a street and partial ocean view. Hot water was plentiful. There was outside music nearby one evening which was a bit loud in my room but it ended pretty early, around 9PM. A/C in the room and wifi in the lobby.

This hotel is in a great location, just off the main street with restaurants and bars. However, despite the location we couldn't hear noise from the nearby restaurants and bars. There is a swimming pool in receptions which is a little unusual! Our room had a balcony looking out to the sea which was lovely.
