Hotel Santa Fe is in an excellent location; close to the centre of town but far enough away from bars and loud noise. The beds are big and extremely comfortable, the showers nice and hot and the breakfasts superb. We were very impressed with their breakfast catering of our being vegan and not eating wheat. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and are always eager to please. The hotel also has its own yacht and tours. We booked the day trips to Santa Fe and to South Plaza, and were remarkably impressed with their overall attention to detail (once again, including, but not limited to, the food). My fiancee and I stayed here last month and we had a horrible experience. Our room was covered with ants that got in all of our clothing. When we told the staff they did not seem to care and when we expressed our displeasure they were not at all helpful and downright hostile. We were originally going to stay 4 days but could only suffer through one night but they still expected us to pay for the entire stay! Only after a full hour of arguing with one of the staff named Marco who continued to give us conflicting information as to whether we could get a refund, we finally compromised to pay for 3 days. My fiancee and I were happy to say that all the other hotels we stayed at were clean and the staff were friendly and approachable!

Really nice friendly hotel Lovely and clean The coffee and tea on the terrace and biscuits a great touch and the pool after a days exploring was fantastic pool towels provided . Great location only a couple of minutes to the harbour yet so peaceful. Thank you for a lovely start to our dream holiday and thank you for looking after us so well We wanted to come back but ran out of time but if we ever get back that way we will be booking with you Yvonne and Jason

We enjoyed our stay at this clean hotel with a pool. It's not amazing, but it is very good. Marco the staff member was very friendly and helpful giving us great advice during our stay of what to do. They allowed us to check in very early which was great as we had some time to kill. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They were perhaps a little small, but not too bad. Hotel is quiet, and a decent place to stay. Would most likely stay again if we ever come back.
