Sure, it's a 2 hour drive from Albuquerque's airport, but boy, it's worth every minute of it! This was my first trip here, and I plan to be back every year. The hiking is spectacular, the vegetarian food choices were great, (even the coffee was good!) and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. This is not a 4-star...

Plenty of hiking activities to see the natural scenery that inspired o keefe. Didnt have time to do the golf cart tour, but were able to take plenty of good pics walking around. Was also interesting to visit the museums to learn more about the anthropology hx of that place.

I recently conducted a collaborative art workshop with a small group of 14 people. The setting is amazing. The studios were great to work in. The shared dorm type accommodations are very basic & funky with a shared bath you had to walk outside to get to. The meals in the big dining hall were really quite good. The price...

We didn't have much time on this trip other than to thoroughly love the drive up to the ranch and the scenery. We understood what drew Georgia O'Keeffe to this part of the world. You could pay $5 to walk around the museum and art center, but when we heard the art center was just for classes and not any...

We took the landscape/home tour and loved it. Our guide was so knowledgeable & friendly that all our questions about the area & Georgia Okeefe were answered. He even held up copies of her paintings next to the landscape where she painted them so we could take pictures of them together. Really neat! Had a 6 year old & 8...

I have stayed here 6 times over many years and each time it's harder to drive away. The peaceful, vast landscape is meditative and serene, yet offers great opportunities for hiking, horsebackriding or an afternoon of painting or reading a book from the wonderful library. You can schedule a massage, or a tour of Georgia O'keefe's house or just RELAX...

Remember the movie Silverado? Well, if you do, you will notice the movie shows much of the Ghost Ranch at its beautiful best. What views, especially at sunset. Staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet style food at the cafeteria is wholesome and filling. Beware though, that dorm accommodations are basic and rustic and the cafeteria can be a bit...

Our stay at Ghost Ranch was part of an anniversary/business reunion involving over fifty people over a week. This is not luxury accommodations, but the rooms are exactly what you might expect at a dude ranch (though Ghost Ranch is no longer a dude ranch). We actually stayed in the campground so I can't respond to how comfortable the rooms...

I love this place. Didn't really eat any meals here except a box lunch and it was great after a strenuous hike. The gift store is really charming with some really nice finds. I bought a cool hat, a colorful backpack and some wonderful body butter. The tours are really great and the guides are awesome - don't forget to...

We made a day trip to Ghost Ranch because we had wanted to see where Georgia O'Keefe got her inspiration. The high desert isn't for everyone, but it was for us just like that of O'Keefe. The Methodist Church owns the property, but visitors are welcome to hike, visit the museums and even get something to eat. It was well...
