Sorry, but I don’t know because the trip we booked through Costco (never had done that before), included a shuttle service from airport to Manava. This van service also picked up others staying at a variety of hotels and dropped them off along the route. We were told that it’s cheaper to rent a car than take a taxi anywhere, so my bet is on the shuttle service!
