Hotel is nice and Rooms are good. Staff is very helpful but there are some basic things that need the management concern. Water Geysers were not working. Phone was not working so if we need something we have to go downstairs and ask. The charges for room heaters were very high. We stayed only for one night and we have...

Came to Manali to wander about in the woods and go on a solang Velly hike. My two friends and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional and the food was absolutely great.

The 3rd time to Manali and again at Tourist Hotel makes one feel like being back home. Special thanks to Devraj Thakur and his team-DharamSingh, Prashant and the rest. More importantly greater thanks to Tushar and Tarun, for a memorable trip to Solang Valley, despite the odds. An adventure one can never forget. Due to inclement weather, Tourist Hotel was...

Good property managed by courteous people, good food and great tariff (ours was a steal for a fabulous discount we got on a popular aggregator portal). The fact that the property is situated a little away (from the Mall) allowed us the opportunity to walk the distance every time we went to the Mall.

Best place to stay! Staff are all so friendly and helpful- can help you with bus tickets and give advice on great places to go. Very clean bed, room and bathroom and yummy meals available. Great location, close walking distance to all shops, markets and restaurants but far enough from the busy mall and main streets. Stayed there for 6...

The hotel itself is off the main road, which is a real plus in a busy city! Our driver had a very hard time finding the hotel, though which in the dark was scary; backing down narrow lanes, circling the same streets. The creepy signs leading to the Hotel are misleading, as the Hotel itself is very well kept. I'd...

I stay at this hotel every year and the staff and owner are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have recently been updated and are really nice for a budget hotel. The food is excellent and the views of the mountains are specatcular.
