Cracked crockery, broken bathroom fittings, very costly kitchen without a menu, bad location (near old city where stone pelting and curfews happen), TV with non performing remotes and no access to most channels, poor management who suddenly at midnight start a noisy and polluting generator and plug off from outside your geyser when u need it most, above all management...

It is not as good a hotel as they claim to be. We (my wife and I) had to stay here for a week as arrangements were made for us here by the University of Kashmir. Some of the drawbacks of this place: 1. No elevator available (need to climb multiple stairs). 2. No one available at the reception to...

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my life. The staffs were very rude and won't even stand and talk to you, they just answer partly and just walk away like politicians. We were lucky to not have booked food from this place, we went out and had in the restaurants nearby. The worst part is the...

we stayed at gulshan valley for 2 night...but stay was a terrible experience..the hotel is on the main road which is always running...so traffic will disturb u..the situaition of the hotel is terribly 10km away from the dal lake, lal chawk or any market..though it is near hazratbal dargah n nigeen lake...they r not the places you r in srinagar...
