HOTEL AMENITIES Number of rooms: 28 Ayurvedagram is one of the top ten healing Retreats in India, healing through authentic Ayurveda and Yoga . It follows the Kerala Ayurveda tradition of holistic healing through balancing the mind, body and spirit. It offers curative as well as rejuvenative regimes to which people come from around the world. It has 3 in-house Ayurvedic physicians , herbal medicines made by its own parent company Kerala Ayurveda Ltd, 8 treatment suites manned by therapists trained in the 75 year tradition of Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. It also has a 3 member Yoga faculty who heal through pranayama, meditation and yogic asanas. It is renowned for its Sattvic vegetarian food which of course is also part of the health regime. The restaurant building is created as per Ayurvedic principles of openness to Nature on all sides. Guests are encouraged to eat together , enjoying the company, the food, the holistic nature of the experience. Ayurvedagram believes that a beautiful natural soothing ambience contributes to healing.
