stayed at woodlands for 2 nights on way to ooty. huge property located close to taj gardenia, and chinnaswamy stadium. spacious rooms. kids play area to keep the kids occupied.walking around the neighbourhood at night was fun. they even arranged a cab when the roads were closed for a match at the stadium for our onward journey to Mysore and ooty.

Staying in this hotel again last weekend after about 30 years.Nothing seems to have changed. No major renovation.Rooms look tired.Bathroom fittings decades old.But clean and reasonably good service.Food is excellent.Location is great and within walking distance of Brigade and MG road shopping area .

We had breakfast at the Sunheri restaurant in the hotel. This place is horrible. Food is pathetic. Service terrible. Hygiene very poor. Best to avoid this place. Many other options close by. The place is run down.

Woodlands has been an iconic hotel for the old timers. I stayed there last week after a gap of some 20+ years- on the advice of a friend who was my co-traveller. The room was large enough to be a suite, acceptably clean but nothing more. The bathroom had antiquated taps and shower, the towels were in short supply and...

A badly run down place with bed bugs and standing tall dead bell boys who are only active when you check out! The bf option sucks and the only amenities in the toilets were the soap and toilet paper! I will think twice on my next visit into Banglore!

My particular room was located in the middle storey of the hotel. The room was well-kept and clean. Amenities were really good. The hotel staff were quite polite. The location was really convenient, almost in the heart of the city. The adjoining restaurants and banquet hall were elaborate.

I had been to this place for an event earlier this year. While I was not expecting wonders, I was shell shocked to find such a huge property right in the middle of the city. Not only is this property centrally situated, but is also very serene. One wonders what is keeping the promoters of this property from developing it...

For a vegetarian woodlands is the place to stay. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and service prompt. Good value for money. Centrally located and in a somewhat busy area. You dont have wi-fi facility so business visitors be self equipped.!
