We stayed in non-ac double room, which was clean and neat. We wanted a king-sized bed. Instead two single beds were joined. Travel desk is non-existent. We had to manage from outside operator for travel related.

Nice enough hotel, well located close to attractions and quiet. But wifi very poor, kept dropping out and slow, and TV set top box was dodgy and kept breaking down. Nice clean room and premises, good breakfast.

Its a nice hotel with clean beds and really cool furniture. My stay was for 2 days and it was quite comfortable and good. They provide you with yum breakfast and the key point is that it is very near to most of the scenes in cochin. Its a nice hotel and I recommend it.

The good: Rooms are good, well lit. Its location is great. Very close to beach. The bad: Almost no service. One guy was handling everything. After requesting for plates, had to carry them myself. The morning break fast options were too less. Its ok if you are here just for the night . Tip: Get the air conditioned checked first....

I have been impressed by all the positive review of this place but honestly, I have to say I am quite disappointed. We have been badly welcome, asked to pay immediately and the facilities are very poor. Very dirty toilet, dirty shower curtain and bedroom curtain...dark walls...not nice and not reconvened!

Dear Nadia, It is rather disappointing to note your comments. I was at the reception when you arrived and I am certain that you were welcomed well. You had arrived early and hence was asked to wait for a while. Fortunately we had an early check out and hence you were provided your room much earlier. Since you had booked...

Location of hotel is close to fort kochi beach and chinese nests. We had good time exploring fort kochi cafes , beach, chinese nests and fish fry at beach. Hotel is nice, clean, budget hotel and we spent afternoon and night there. Complimentary breakfast - Appam and veg stew which was good. They also provided bread butter on demand.

I stayed at Fort Castle for five days, and can absolutely recommend the hotel. It is well located, the rooms are clean, the staff are amazing and very helpful, and the price is fair. I got sick during my stay in Cochin and the hotel staff took very good care of me, I am very grateful. Will come again!

This is a hard to locate hotel. The best landmark one can give to spot this hotel is the beer & wine shop situated next to it called the XL Bar which is a famous place around this place. Its a small hotel with semi average facility. It has free wifi and good rooms but other facilities like 24/7 reception...
