I had a great time at Spice holidays! Antony, the owner, is extremely helpful and the place is clean and welcoming. It is very well located and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I chose this home stay based on the price and location. It's great value for money for the setting, just steps away from cafes and the fishing nets. If you want cheap and cheerful this is it. I stayed in the more expensive rooms in the new block which was light and airy. Good protection from the mosquitos Wifi pretty...

After visit to many places, hotels, and homestays in India I highly suggest to stay here. The rooms are extremely clean, the street of the location is so quiet near from the most important places in Kochi. Besides, Mr. Anthony-the owner- knows everything that the tourist must need and have to know, trips to Kerala, outdoor Tours at the right...

Arrived in Spice Holidays at 5am after a long flight, followed by 90 minutes through the night in auto-rickshaw with my adult son . Anthony, the owner/proprietor immediately created a feeling of having reached home. In the days that followed we enjoyed the quality of personal connection, the lovely old family home, a peaceful, simple and comfortable haven, as well...

I stayed here 2 nights with friends, and would highly recommend it. The hosts are incredibly friendly and forthcoming! The rooms and common areas were also very clean, the room is good, and the little garden in the middle of the home is very nice too. All in all, I would definitely return here.
