Conveniently located in the centre of the tourist zone of Kochi Fort. An old building around a courtyard with a range of rooms from small fan only ones to one I peeked in that was positively cavernous with two giant four poster beds. The rooms are mostly basic guesthouse standard with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff are helpful,...

Fantastic location. Rooms had a bit of a musky smell but for the price, can't complain. Wi-fi but had to stand outside room to get it. Got moved out of one room into another identical room with no explanation why but it was fine.

The staff as this hotel are so friendly and helpful. They had helped us book an environmentally friendly backwater tour. The room was very spacious and light and spotlessly clean. The only small downside was the noise from the restaurant staff which continued quite late into the evening. We could have requested another room but as ours was so lovely...

We spent a couple of nights in Old Tom's Mansion, right in the middle of the Old Cochin Fort, on Princes Street. It's an old building thats been done up rather well. We have really large bedroom and a massive bathroom. The rooms have high ceilings with a large fan in the bedroom. There is A/C but during December it's...

Location is great. All the places are at walking distance like chinese fishing net, kochi beach , st. francis street and good place to eat. Staff is nice and polite. Rooms are big and mansion has nice architecture. Value for money. Will consider again.

This hotel was very central, though staff could have been more friendly. We had an upstairs room in this old mansion. It was near great shopping and the beach. Big rooms, but not all that clean. Make sure you get balcony room as it is airy though quite light in morning.

We recently stayed at Tom's Old Mansion during our time in Fort Cochin. The building has a lot of character and has a lovely courtyard where you can relax. The rooms are large (high ceilings). The only problem we had with our room was that there were no windows and the bathroom smelt of dirty drains. We managed to put...
