We booked Ann's residency on a recommendation from a friend and until we got there, we were unsure if our booking had gone through or not. The house with it's well manicured central lawn was lovely. The room was large but averagely furnished. It definitely did not have enough plug points, the wash basin in the bathroom was leaking and...

Thank you for chosing to stay with us and for your review on our property. We regret the inconvenience you had with the AC and the sink, which were minor problems and rectified immediately on bringing it to our notice. I don’t understand how many plug points you need in a room for a two or three day stay. There...

This was our first accommodation on a 26 day holiday of India. You know the feeling you get when they open the door and show you the room (from a 1 to 10, 10 being wow) this was a 2. My wife asked for another room as we were staying for two nights and we got a room at the...

We had a lovely stay at Ann's Residency. Our room was clean with lovely old interiors and breakfast was delicious. Ann was very helpful providing guidance about how to get around Kerala and what to see.

My wife and I stayed for just two nights and first impressions were great. Having arrived very late (around 11:30pm) because of flight delays we were shown straight to our outside annexe room. Large with a mosquito net around the bed but very basic. Having stayed in many homestays, both last March and again on this trip, I felt the...

Thank you for staying with us and for taking time to review our property. You had booked for 2 nights and you were supposed to reach early. But you wrote to me saying terrible delay in plane leaving London due to engine fault and again missed the connection from Banglore to cochin. And you had to book another flight from...

We stayed for four nights at the beginning of February, in the deluxe room. The room is quite big, with a mosquito net over the king size bed. The television seemed to only have one channel (appeared to be a gym subscription channel) but maybe we were using the remote wrong. Having said that we didn't plan on watching a...

We stayed for four days in Ann’s Residency in Fort Kochi in just before Christmas. It is well located to the town, and a peaceful place to stay. Ann Fernandez is an excellent host, and helped us with information on the town and travel arrangements. Prior to arrival, we arranged with Ann for an airport pickup, and then after staying...

Upon entering the house, Ann welcomed me with a beautiful smile. Showed me to my room which was available early. It was like being at home. That said, if U are a gluten intolerant vegetarian, breakfast won't be more than fruit, fresh squeezed juice, coffee/tea. So be prepared to bring your own snacks. Or have an early lunch. Ann mentioned...
