Sukesh Stephenson looked after us really well on our 3 night stay. Well located busy hotel with lovely big rooms and suites. Yoga classes and massages were good and Rakim's cooking the best in Kerala! Only pain was the pool was green and being dosed with chemicals so we couldn't swim! I'd recommend they put up some nets to deter...

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff and quite the best restaurant in the area. Don't believe us? We've now been five times with friends who have also enjoyed it and we'll go again!! Don't even look at the hotel near the ferry station!

We stayed at The Old Harbour for just one night at the end of our tour of Kerala. Great position right in the middle of old Cochin, we were able to walk along the harbour and streets, lots of little shops and cafes. The hotel was lovely, warm welcome, we had a garden room, big comfy bed, very clean, tea,...

For my third time in Cochin I wanted to try something else .For me Old Harbour was the best place to stay in Cochin. At the minute you arrive you felt back on time .The atmospher is very colonial ,garden beautiful and the food so good that in 4 days I never want to try a other restaurant. For the accommodation...

Location is excellent, in the middle of the old town, close to sights. Rooms are comfortable and full of colonial character. Not much space to relax in the hotel outside of your room, it's a common area between reception lobby and restaurant. Hotel forgot to send airport transfer leaving me to make my own way. This was rather inconvenient given...

Welcoming and relaxing. The Princess suite with four poster bed, sitting room and balcony were luxurious and well air conditioned. Gardens and pool delightful and choice of eating inside or out. Lovely to have breakfast individually served and not lukewarm buffet.

What a perfect place to stay. The location is ideal. The hotel is colonial in style, quite small with lovely rooms. The grounds are small but the pool and garden are lovely. A restaurant with outside dining offers a wide range of beautifully cooked food. The pool feels magical. Rooms have names not Numbers. The staff make you feel so welcome....

We decided after three weeks on an Ayurvedic health retreat that Kochi would mark our re-entry into the world, and in theOld Harbour we could not have chosen better. This hotel is full of character and it oozes charm, helped by its prime location in lovely Fort Cochin. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds comfortable, and the staff attentive to...

Great location, amazing pool, lovely staff and excellent food. Our room "Tower" was spacious and comfortable with a lovely garden facing balcony. The spa was also excellent, a massage after a long transfer is a must.

We have just spent 3 nights at the Old Harbour hotel. It is in a great location - walking distance or tuk-tuk ride from all the main sites. Food in the restaurant was wonderful. Staff friendly. Spotlessly clean.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
At the heart of ancient Fort Cochin, Kerala, a place that exudes history and culture, is the 'Old Harbour Hotel.' A 300 year-old building that has for long been a heritage monument of this town, now reopened as a boutique hotel. Built in the Dutch style of architecture with hints of Portuguese influences, it was the first hotel of old Cochin. Later it remained a residential home to employees of English Tea broking firms until it was left unused for a period of time. ... more   less
