We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this charming hotel at the beginning of our Kerala tour in August. Rooms very spacious, well-appointed, traditionally furnished with comfortable large beds and very clean. The outdoor bathroom/shower room was a new experience for us! We had a garden room for myself and my husband and our 3 children were upgraded to...

The hotel travels you to another era! We spent three nights at this amazing classic hotel on our short stay in India and it exceeded our expectations! The Old Harbour has a character and this was one of the reasons we booked here and I am glad we did not go wrong. LOCATION: The location is superb. It is a...

Edgar and his staff are exemplary on all fronts; friendly, helpful and warmhearted. We were made to feel like extra special invitees and I imagine that all the guests feel that way. From eclectic art collection to sumptuous meals on a terrace winking with blue lights and classical, live Indian music, the Old Harbour has easily become one of my...

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a long weekend, and were very happy with our choice. We had booked a garden room, but were upgraded to the lovely Palace Suite - a spacious room which has loads of character and charm. The hotel is in the Historic Fort Kochi area, and within easy reach of the Chinese fishing nets,...

We stayed at the Old Harbour 4th-6th August and could not have been better looked after. After a long flight from the UK and a typically chaotic drive from the airport we found the Old Harbour to be a perfect place in which to relax and start our tour of Kerala. The rooms have real character and because the hotel...

We stayed for three nights during our honeymoon. All I can say is that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, hospitality, food, and cleanliness is world class. The hotel itself is full of character and charm and it is well worth spending the extra money on the cottage rooms or suites. You...

The architecture, decor and room arrangements make it very unique. It exudes a blend of quietude, dignified luxury without showoff and a colonial flavor to nibble and enjoy. Food is fresh and nice. The hotel people are warm, helpful and active in making stay memorable. Accommodation on first floor more attractive particularly on the garden side.

On landing in Kochi (after a very long flight) found charm, character, delight and wonderful friendly service in this "colonial" hotel that harks back to a era of character, style and serenity. A calm oasis in the midst of busy and populated Fort Kochi, the staff here is attentive, super-friendly and helpful. The rooms have kept a traditional feel with...

Everything is perfect in this hotel : food, rooms, amenities and Yoga with an excellent appreciation for the massage for women (my husband didn't try). the only negative point is the noise of neighbourhood on the back of the hotel. when you're in the garden you hear the road and when in your room (a wonderful cottage in the garden)...

At the heart of ancient Fort Cochin, Kerala, a place that exudes history and culture, is the 'Old Harbour Hotel.'
