We came on an unannounced visit to discover a little jewel on an island in the Kerala backwaters. This a farm with five lovely cottages that accommodate two persons each. It is very well maintained and you could not wish for a friendlier welcome. It can be reached by crossing the waterway, on a fat-bottomed boat pushed across in gondola...

We stayed two night and enjoyed it a lot. The place is beautiful and the cottages well maintained. The food is excellent and varied. The garden walk is a must and there are also options for a private boat tour. The only downside of this property is its price which is a on the very high end during peak times...

Great room and clean. Very spacious and first class. Food was good, local cuisine. Walking around the farm was informative. Nice to sit and have lunch , sinner and breakfast with other guests. All staff went out of way to help. Anu was amazing at getting up and seeing us off at 4.00am. Only small critisimn would be that breakfast...

Nothing more to add to the other reviews, great food, lovely person and a break from the craziness of India. I would say if you have young kids then 1 night is ample as there isn't much to do. (Although, we lucked out as Anu's son was home from Uni and he kindly spent a morning teaching my son how...

We were taken to this farm by our guide Johnson. Lovely place in beautiful back waters of Kerala. We were greeted in a very clean environment of this exclusive farm. Saw the demo of coconut chopping followed by cooking demonstration by Anu and her mom in law. We then saw the farm with lovely produces, we hadn't seen for ever....

This place is extraordinarily beautiful. The view from every bungalow, of the backwaters, is like nowhere else on earth - worth it for that alone. The family are charming and helpful and the food (served communally) is wonderful. Highly recommended - but you'll hear that about this place wherever you go in Kerala - its reputation precedes it! Very quiet...

As everyone has said, this is a lovely place, but I have to add a personal experience. On our last night, I managed to break the handbasin in our room. All my fault! Anu was so reassuring and said it would be no problem - which I did not believe! But I was wrong. Next morning a plumber arrived, amazingly...

This is indeed an oasis in India. It is on an island in one of the backwaters and you get to it by boat. A lovely place run by super people. The individual bungalows are nicely appointed and comfortable (only slight criticism we have is that our shower could have been better). The food is all home cooked and a...

The currency crisis made us change our plans significantly during our month in India so this place was not on our original list. It was recommended to us by another homestay and it was an absolute treasure to visit for five nights. Anu and 'Mummy' were excellent hosts and provided a most peaceful, restful environment. The food was varied and...
