If you want a hotel close to Airport (5 minutes drive), 5 minute walk to Sea Beach, Lulu mall not far and a shorter distance to Jatayu park, this is the place. Top floor has been refurbished so room quality, bed and sleep quality, size of Washroom was excellent. Each room had a balcony with a nice view and it was worth the premium paid for the room. Swimming pool water quality needs to be monitored - too much chlorine and at 1-2 places, tiles are coming out. Breakfast spread is awsome, food is good but service is slow so please factor 20-30 minutes for Ala Carte orders. The best thing is after dinner walk to the beach which is bustling with local people . Overall and excellent stay

Mr Girish contacted us a day before arrival and had our room prepared with all our requests like baby cradle. Our check in was seemless and room was prepared beforehand . We were welcomed with refreshing blue tea by the courteous staff. We were given a free upgrade also.
As we were guided to our room the environment of the hotel was so pleasant. Beautiful coloured chirping birds, blue water pool and traditional Kerala styled wooden decor added to such a unique experience!
Our room AC was already switched on so that we would be comfortable.
All the rooms here are pool facing with easy access via lifts and stairs. Our room was on the first floor. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and the room was quite spacious. Ravi Verma paintings adorned the walls and well maintained Fridge, kettle, hair drier etc combined hospitality with culture.
The Pools , Gym area is well maintained. I specifically found the elephant statue as a shower place such a delight! There are balls available also for kids to play in kids pool.
The Breakfast buffet spread was so good with Authentic Kerela veg and non veg options. High Chairs are available also. Do try the awesome filter coffee here. I really looked forward to the chef’s special Kerala live counter dish. Sweta Khrishna was so attentive to us all 3 days and recommended us what to eat. She even requested her senior for ice cream for my daughter which was not a part of the buffet and my daughter was requesting it.
All in all the staff here made our stay more memorable.
I specially found Mr Balaji who is the manager here so proactive, positive and helpful. He helped us with any queries or requests throughout our stay. Even during early checkout at 3 am we were given packed breakfast. He recommended a nearby temple and guided us for smallest of queries. The room service , housekeeping was also prompt and very skilled.
I truly want to thank the staff and hotel management for providing such a comfortable, friendly and delightful experience. I felt that the smallest of kind acts made our stay so much more enjoyable. Everything was so thoughtful that I can say this is the best place to stay . It is well connected and near multiple attractions. The airport is near but not disturbing at all.

Comfortable stay for one night though it is not worth the price charged. Though it was a double occupancy room & we were a couple there, only one set of tooth brush & paste were provided. Only two tea bags without packaging information, two stirring sticks provided. Thr same amenities if not more are available at a lesser price.

Had a wonderful stay at Uday Suites from 12-17 Sep 2023. Right from the front desk staff to the house keeping and the restaurant staff..all were amazingly professional,courteous and helpful. Special mention for Hari Krishna at the front desk who was very helpful and supportive; Restaurant staff Prasenjit, Revathi and Lokkhi helped us get food of our choice everytime. Prasenjit and the kitchen staff helped made fresh raw mango and mint cooler by fetching the raw mango from a tree as we ordered it at night and which was awesome.
The hotel drivers Riyaz and Sunil were very efficient and good drivers who took us for everyday trips to local tourist places and Kanyakumari as well.
The rooms are spacious and toilets are extremely clean. The hotel has a lot of greenery which makes the stay even more warm and memorable. Keep up the good work.

This Property is only 5 mins walk to Shangumugham Beach and 3 mins Drive to Domestic Airport. It’s a large property with all the rooms facing Pool Area. The rooms are quite big in size with very simple interior. I stayed here for 3 nights and I found all the main attractions at reasonable distance including Padmanabha Swamy Temple at 15 mins Drive. Breakfast spread was good with live counter and the best part is that it starts quite early. The food was of good taste but they take too much time for cooking and insist for buffet only. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

My daughter and I spent two nights here at the end of a tour of Kerala. The best hotel of them all! Charming, very helpful staff especially Shula in the restaurant who spoke excellent English and helped us navigate the restaurant and was really kind and considerate of our dietary needs. Nandhu did an excellent job on the ‘live’ pasta counter and cooked tomato sauce with a pasta of choice with added ingredients as required. The food was great with many choices of local cuisine, a ‘live’ bread counter, fruit and desserts. Many dining tables are outside with a view of the lovely swimming pool. The rooms are a good size and we had a lovely view from our balcony of the luscious palm trees in the gardens and the pool and pool bar. The air con is good and there is a fridge and bottled water provided. Beds were comfy. In places the bedroom could do with an update to the decor but I think with the high humidity often cause problems with flaky paint etc. There were a lot of staff visibly cleaning around the building. Generally it was very clean. Dyon was very helpful on the front desk and always had a big smile on his face. We loved the atmosphere of this hotel and will arrange to travel back independently for a week in Kerala sometime as felt very relaxed at this hotel. There is also strict security leading up to hotel grounds so felt safe. My one only issue was that the hotel allowed guests to use the pool fully clothed which I have seen before but previous hotels have had a strict code stating that bathing costumes must be worn and if that had been applied at this hotel I would have used the very nice looking pool. Overall a very nice stay at a clean charming hotel, friendly helpful staff and all the facilities you need. Thank you.

This hotel is such a nice sanctuary hidden away from the hustle of the traffic. We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed having a pool to escape the heat. The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy I did not want to get up each morning. And the shower! So spacious! We did book a massage (body massage and steam bath) and it was an experience, it’s very different and very oily, do plan to shower afterwards! We also ate at the restaurant Southern Express for breakfast as well as for two dinners. Amazing food and good variety! They have an oven to make naan, roti, and parotha fresh to order. The service is top tier and everyone is very friendly from the front desk to the restaurant. We had Swaraj as well as others taking care of us during our dinners and they are extremely observant of when plates can be cleared and when you may need more water. This leg of our trip was very peaceful thanks to Uday Suites!
