We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Casa Eva Luna. It was a very relaxing place to recharge our batteries after a hectic couple of weeks in Northern India. Katrina and Esther are lovely hosts, from staying up til midnight for our arrival to providing us with beach towels, torches and umbrellas. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace for...

I stumbled upon Casa Eva Luna when looking for a place to stay in Varkala and am so happy I found Katrina & Esther. If you are anything like me, you'll want to get away from the North Cliff scene about 5 minutes after arriving, and this B&B provides just that - a quiet place to spend your time, while...

We spent 3 nights at Casa Eva Luna, with Esther and Katrina. Their guesthouse was the best guesthouse of our trip in South India. It's very quiet, confortable, well decorated and totally equipped with all what you need: big rooms, private bathrooms, restaurant( try the muesli with the huge fruit salad), laundry & massage room. You really feel at home....

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. The service was amazing. We received assistance with onward travel through India, and we were given a lot of helpful advice. We enjoyed eating in the Casa as the food was fresh and home cooked. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. I could not say about thing about this...

Excellent stay in October 2013. Laid back Varkala vibe but owners also provided an efficient high level of service. Homemade bread and jam was delicious. Good base to explore the cliff front restaurants.

The house is very nice and clean with a pretty garden. A second house is being build for next season that promises ever more. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and cliff, where the action happens. I didn't mind the walking. At night you can take a ricksha. Katrina and Esther were very attentive and helped...

We were 2 ½ month traveling in India and had different rooms in hotels, guesthouses and home-stay. Casa Eva Luna was the latest and also the best we had. Very clean, nice and the breakfast in the morning was the best ever. The staff, Katerine and Esther ware wonderful and warm. They helped us when necessary. In short, we had...

Katrina and Esther extremely warm and helpful with all sorts of local information. House is spacious and quiet but not too far to beach, shops, transport, restaurants etc. Even breakfast at early hour was no problem, everything seemed so easy. Bed a bit hard but no permanent damage!!!!! An optional A/c at extra charge might be worth considering as climate...
