Brian was great the time that we were there. However the lady that checked the hot tub, we asked about getting some towels and her response was " if or when there are any washed then we will try and get you some". Unacceptable! She got through checking hot tub and threw her chemicals in the back of her suv...

Spent one night in the Hideout cabin last week. It was so wonderful! The cabin was spotless, and had everything needed for a great stay. We picked up a few things at a store about 10 minutes away and had a lovely dinner and breakfast on the deck. Hot tub was great for evening and morning soaking. Great place to...

The Bottlehouse Cabins have a great location if you want to be on the outskirts of the busy town but close enough to go shopping or eat out. They have the perfect atmosphere for being close to the wilderness. The cabins are cozy and I would recommend a larger cabin if you want to have room to stretch out. The...

I've been to the Bottlehouse Cabins two different times and plan on returning. It is so nice to just sit there on the deck and read a good book among the tall pines, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, etc. The cabins are clean, and have all the kitchen necessities like plates, cookware, stove, fridge, coffee pot to include a propane grill on the...

A wonderful weekend getaway. The Hideout cabin is private and off by itself surrounded by the beautiful woods and custom decor. We drank coffee on the deck each morning, watched the sun rise over the mountains, and listened to turkeys gobble down in the valley. Bottlehouse Cabins are out of Ruidoso but close enough to grab a pizza in town...

My friend and I stayed in Charlie cabin, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin. The cabin was very clean and very well appointed. I had asked that an ice tray be ready for cocktails and it was. I also asked to have a hair dryer put in our cabin and it was there as well. The bathroom towels are lovely...

My husband and I stayed at Shannon cabin this weekend, the staff was very friendly and the cabin was adorable. We were greatful for the quite grounds and we did not mind the short drive to Ruidoso at all. We would like to stay here again in the summer, it's a great couples getaway and they graciously accepted our two...

We just got back from our Spring Break trip and stayed two nights at the BHC (Lillian cabin). The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. We all enjoyed the clean, relaxing 8-person hot tub after a long day of skiing. The cabin states it accommodates 8 people. There are enough beds for 8 people, but the cabin itself is extremely...

Management Response to the Above Statement: It is a sad disappointment in our business when we have to allow our property to be damaged and abused by guests who then turn around and lie about to the public in order to escape accountability for it. It is apparent to staff and, likely, loyal guests of Bottlehouse that this person is...

Our family of 4 stayed in the Sam cabin in the summer. We had a fantastic time! The kids loved the loft area that has two small mattresses, perfect for little ones. The cabin has a kitchen with silverware, bowls, plates, etc. and a fridge. The drive up is a little steep, so we had to get some momentum going...

“If you are traveling as a couple, The Hideout is a must (most privacy and King bed). Parties of 4 or more, try the Ian (fantastic view, high atop the complex).”

“The Ian Cabin has a great balcony and nice view. Only downside is getting to the cabin as it is steep driving up the hill. I would not recommend having the sleeping capacity as it would be cramp. We had just 2 of us and it was perfect size.”
