Also Room service was not good. So we preferred to eat in nearby places like Panhala Fort instead of the resort. There was no cleanliness in Toilets...

This year after Diwali we decided to have a road trip to Konkan from pune. A stop at Kolhapur was must due to all its historical background. Rather than spending a night at Kolhapur itself we had planned to stay at Masai resort, near Panhala fort. Masai Plateau is the largest plateau of Asia, and it’s worth visiting. Anytime in...

We visited this place early November 2015. Must say the surroundings are worth it but this place is not worth a single penny. This place has a lot of potential but it's absolutely ill-maintained. All arrangements are managed by the local family staying there who have got no clue about cleanliness needed by urban visitors. The food quantity was really...

The ambiance and the food are superb. For city folks like me, the silence was welcome. One could hear the caller if the person with the mobile is standing at least 15-metres away. Frequently you can hear the langur monkey howling, occasionally even the peacock. Food was top class. But the rooms need cleanliness, its maintenance leaves lot to be...

Main attraction here is Masai Pathar, ten times bigger than famous Panchgani Table land. View from Pathar & climate on pathar is a lifetime experience. But you have to trek & prepare yourself for out of A/c & ready made bedroom service.Prepare yourself for some kind of inconvenience but it is not troublesome. The hotel is good , but do...

the resort is at an isolated place and hence book the hotel only if you have a car at your disposal or arrange a transfer from Kolhpaur from the resort. The room has very basic and limited ammenities ( I was unlucky of not even being provided a Lock for the door.) The rooms are clean and the overall ambience...
