I stayed one night, it was my Anniversary, despite informing in advance and request, no decoration or any sort of arrangement was done by Sunny's world.

One of the room was also not ready and got cleaned room around 5PM.

My washroom got locked from inside and despite 100s of call at reception or the mobile number given to us for communication noone answered call until 08.30AM from midnight.
Even after informing guard at 7.20AM and continuous follow-up, first person came to help around 08.40AM. So you can imagine what sort of service they are offering.

Nothing is operational, Swimming pool is operation but not maintained and there is no arrangement for seating around it.

Price of food is like 5 star but taste is below average, breakfast quality is as well below average.

I had visited Sunny's world with my Engineering Team. We were total 24. Starting the with positives, the Adventure facilities and the team ( Coordinator, Instructors ) were awesome. I would definitely go there again with the family this time. Vaishnavi, has been great with the overall coordination. Sachin, from the Adventure team was very encouraging. I guess he has helped removing the fears of many of my team members for their life time, a block that they have been facing for their life time so far. Along with him, Amit, Veer and others did their best to make our experience the best.
Overall the adventure facilities are great and there are a lots of them.

Coming to the Room Services, we didn't have hot water for the bath. First complain was at 7:15 AM and even after repeated calls there was only 1 person that gave a formality visit but in the end we had to bathe with cold water.
We even asked the Restaurant if they could extend the breakfast timing so that once the hot water supply is started we could all bathe and have the breakfast, but the Ruby restaurant manager Mr. Apurva Mandal denied the request saying that they are not associated with the problem. Aren't they part of Sunny's world ???

The food quality is good and the ambience is great as well but the service is an issue. Apart from the above issue with the Ruby Restaurant service, there was one more issue I found. A buffer counter was opened for us for the High Tea but the team didn't care to inform the team members that on another counter there were sandwiches that were also arranged for us. I am sure even the Adventure team, if were part of the Restaurant staff, would have encouraged us to have the sandwiches as well, which we weren't aware of, very clear from the still wrapped container.

So Adventure Teams - Excellent, Room Service - Worst and Ruby Restaurant - Average Rating.

The stay and rooms were good.

Some suggestions are:
1. Provide with electric bikes to visitors to roam around the 88acres, which is not possible to cover walking and taking car would be inefficient.
2. Some open spaces can be covered to give shed, the sunlight hits very hard in afternoon.
3. Same way, covered swimming pool will give guests more access to it.

Good points:
1. The rooms are clean
2. Good decision of not giving room service for food
3. Food and hospitality is good.
4. We were served by Mr. Abid, Mr. Suvu and Mr. Shakil, and we liked their attentiveness. Thanks.

I have never given such review because have never felt the way this Resort made us (even OYO room provide better service than them n dats too as cheaper price). I will start with cons (service provided even when u stay in most premium room; think about normal room):
1. Worst service provided by them: we took our luggage by our self to the room (because its our duty), they provided us defective room n to correct the same, they took whole day (means we went their to make their room work n not to enjoy - wasted our money as we were not able to enjoy as whole day waited their staffs to come, back to back calls n so on). Their staff said we will clean the mess created by them later as need to serve guest (to my surprise, was I ghost). Unclean bathroom, room, sofa, furniture n so on. We also helped them repair their fridge (of course, it was not working) - They didn't check the room before providing it to customer because they wanted to leave their customer on their own
2. Ants issue: The bathroom was full of red ants and they took whole day (with continuous follow up from 4 PM, the final person came at 12:15 AM (midnight). When I asked #Manager (Ismail)#, either u solve it or refund my money, I will check out now, was little or no response. No one came to even apologize for the inconvenience caused (does it really happen in any other hotel - I have never experieced). We even check out early as we didnt want to waste our time, n for that even they were least interested.
3. Restaurant: Their even, staffs let guest on their own. During covid time even, there was no cleanliness, we needed to call staffs to clean table. No one was wearing even mask, no sanitizer was there, etc. And during breakfast; the scene that I observed was pathetic: No one was there to entertain guest. Guests were literally on their own from cleaning table to arranging chairs for them to sit.

There are many other things which were worst but ofcourse we can't write everything.

Pros: Good location, view n taste of food
Hotels belong to service industry and they run on this only. This resort lack this and should not be visited by anyone. I don't understand how resort is still running (either influence). Usually, concerts and marriages happen here, I think this is the only section where they may serve better.

I had booked 2 rooms in Sunny's world after hearing all hype about it but experience was pathetic. It was supposed to be Family break but my family didn't liked it at all.

Issues:
1. Room qualities are bad, do not book Swiss Chalette, these rooms are in pathetic shape.

2. When you ask for anything it takes atleast 20mins for hotel staff to turn up and then say they can't do much and we need to live with it.

3. No room service is allowed from hotel management, so for anything you need to walk to nearest Ruby hotel and then order food.

4. Parking is roughly 500mt away from rooms and you need to wait for 20mins in heat for Golf cart and some employee to turn up to help with bags.

5. AC's are super slow and old and needs roughly 1hr to gear up and make room cold.

6. Bathroom was not clean, no towels, lot of mosquitos

7. I was celebrating my marriage anniversary and hotel could not provide and option to arrange for cake, we had to adjust with a browny to celebrate.

8. We paid a whooping 11550/- Rs for two rooms (Swiss Chalet) for 1 night stay on 29-Apr-22, and this was not even a penny worth. It would have been better to go with any 5 star in same price.

9. Items provided in free breakfast, all south indian items were stale and not tasting good, parathas were bad. Couldn't eat.

Overall it was a real pathetic experience and i regret choosing Sunnys world to celebrating a great day of our life. Not going to choose it ever again.

I booked 2 rooms for my family for 8th Jan 2022 and we were so shocked to see paan spit stains in bathroom , condor not cleaned and fridge having leftover . Dirty dishes were lying outside . We immediately went to reception and told it doesn’t even look sanitised . They assured us that in ten minutes they will clean but no one came . So we picked our bags and left as during covid scare not sanitising is not worth the risk .
But still maybe we picked up infection in one hour , now we are covid positive .
For the record the manager said they will refund half the money but not a rupee has come back .
Do not stay in sunny world .

Went to book a resort for a family of 7 for 3 days. I was directed by security to resort reception. Receptionist was extremely arrogant and unpleasant. He had no information about resort, refused to provide information about activities, shared price sheet of rooms like we are in some sort of local restaurant. People come to resort to spend some quality time and not argue with idiots like these.

Facilities are there, just too close to the city but still not anything bad that I could notice.
The problem is with the service. They provide 4 small water bottles at checkin and thats it. No in house service (not even water). You can't buy water at the reception as well. The only place you can get a bottle of water is at the restaurant, which is 54 Rs per ltr. You have to relay on their golf cars, which take time to get to your place to travel between restaurant and the other facilities as everything is not that close. Restaurant food was again very tasty but got order of the Sizzlers after 1 hour. Noone is there to accept any mistakes just to provide excuses. You will go there to relax and come back more tense. So overall I say avoid the place, rest at home, oder on swiggy and sleep tight.

SUNNY’S World offers various activities and stay options to suit your budget.

Our room was spacious surrounded by greenery and had a private balcony where we sat and relaxed.

They have a pure veg restaurant and the only hill top restaurant in pune ( Ruby ) which serves delicious veg and non veg dishes with scenic view of pune city .

If you love cocktails then do try their watermelon martini & Bacardi infused pina colada’s.

The property is huge with various things on offer such as an Adventure park, hill top banquet , sports centre , indoor play area and 2 restaurants.

Adventure Park has 3 packages :- Rs 354 , Rs 590 & Rs 944/- to choose from.

Some of my favourite were :-
Rain dance
Zip Line
Air Cycle
Group activities & competition
Rappelling
Water Zorbing
Low Rope Course
Bill Ride

Their in house Pure Veg Restaurant served delicious food and offers ample seating space.

Perfect weekend getaway in pune for couples, young families and large groups.

Two suggestions I would give after staying here.

1) if possible go by your private vehicle . They have ample parking space and you won’t have to wait for the buggy that takes 15 mins to come.

2) For Adventure Park take the pass that offers Air Cycle , Zip Line & Rappeling. They were enjoyable & affordable

Although the location is amazing, but its not used to its fullest. Many activities and spots here were non-functional and unserviceable. The food at Ruby's was good, but overall restaurant service was too slow.
The worst part here was the service and managerial staff. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. There's nothing called as room service here. Our checkout was at 12 noon, we called for room service at 9 AM, the manager said you won't get room service as its your checkout today. Let alone checkout, we didn't even get any room service on the day of our stay! Pathetic staff! They lacked basic manners!
Wouldn't recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money for such an inhospitable experience.
