We stayed at the hotel for two days. At the outset, I compliment the hotel staff, especially Mr Nasim, for their excellent hospitality. It was their hospitality that was a game changer for us throughout the stay. The other thing we liked very much was the complimentary breakfast at Breeze Restaurant. The Chef Mr Manuwar takes good care to ensure variety and quality in all that the restaurant serves its customers. Having said that, it is pertinent to mention that the property is an old one and one might feel that it is not worth the money spent. The rooms require significant amount of maintenance. With broken mirror & a cracked wash basin in the washroom, the central AC not working properly and the TV not being recharged for the duration of the stay, there were quite a few issues we had to face. But as I said, the hospitality of the staff was what made it a memorable stay for us. They took good care of us, including bringing a small yet beautiful cake to celebrate our anniversary. So, at the end of it all, the staff and their hospitality is what is driving the property. Special thanks to Mr Nasim for all that he did.

Hotel facility was moderately good. Due to lack of air circulation, all the rooms we used were damp and felt difficulties for sound sleep. However, front desk staffs particularly Alok and Pooja were very helpful, cooperative and accomodative.

We stayed here as a nine-member family (ages 18 to 75). The hotel is centrally located and within 15 minutes drive from the major tourist spots. The lobby is beautiful and huge with very comfortable sofas.

It was the first time I stayed in a windowless room. It felt weird and a bit uncomfortable because we are usually used to looking around the hotel room and then going straight to the window to check out the view.

Of course, we had chosen it ourselves because windowless rooms were cheaper, but it was the first time I saw a hotel offering this type of a room. Then we realised why. The entire hotel occupies the back half of a mall so windows are only possible in the rooms in the back of the building, not those sharing the walls with the mall.

We also had two upgraded rooms with windows but their windows also looked into the interior of the mall.😄

However, the rooms were large and the interiors fairly luxurious (3-star quality). And we returned only to sleep at night so it was okay. We overslept the first morning—we are used to being awakened by the morning sunlight through the room window, and this room was pitch dark with all the lights turned off.

The bedding and linen was clean and comfortable. The restroom and shower was quite posh with all the usual amenities and toiletries. They switched off the hot water at night but turned it on on request.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and the restaurants Breeze and Zaika were nice as well. We did not visit the bar, DJ-club and spa.

The hotel seems ideal for conferences and meetings as they have several halls. But I would also recommend it for families for a couple of days' stay.

We stayed for one night. Check in was very slow and boring. We payed for extra bed but the hotel provided only a mattress on the floor. The room was average. Housekeeping staffs were not professional and toiletries were below standard for a claimed Four Star Hotel. Breakfast was decent and the open air restaurant was good.
Reception was managed by only one staff and it took almost 30 minutes for check out.

We stayed at Pal Heights for 3 night and throughly enjoyed our stay, the room was quite large and comfortable, bathroom was spacious clean and modern, the bedding was clean and fresh, the flooring was marble which is easier to clean and does not stain, room service was good,

We ate at the Breeze restaurant, the breakfast was a mix of Indian and continental and staff were happy to help out with additional items

We found chef Munawar and staff very friendly and amicable, the service was excellent and Chef cooked us local delicacies like fish curry and dalma which were not on menu, and we chatted and discussed recipes and local cuisine

The hotel is 6-7 kilometres from
Railway station and airport and is easily accessible, there is a mall attached with more options to eat and shop which adds to charm of hotel

I stayed in Royal Room. The room size is good with city view. Bed was king size and mattress were good too, neither too hard nor too soft. Breakfast was nice with ample variety. Staff are very courteous. They gave complimentary Mojito / Coconut water in the evening. That was a nice gesture. Overall a very good experience.

Had booked the presidential suite for 2 days. The wait & service staff is very helpful & nice. The breakfast spread is pretty awesome too. Cant say the same about the extremely arrogant night Receptionist, specifically name - Tapas. Neither did Tapas let us know of the wifi password, simply just handed us an envelope and wished us a good stay. I do not think it's a lil too much to ask for a lil more care if someone is booking the presidential suite. Asked him a couple questions & he answered them as if we owed him our existence in the world. The hotel management needs to look into him. The television has not worked for both the days and no English channels whatsoever. It's very surprising that English channels on the television are not available in a room that costs 10k a night (i can be liberal with saying that will be the monthly salaries for majority people in the state).
