The location of the hotel is very good as its almost middle of the city and near to railway station. The property was decent too. Being a budget place so don't expect much apart from basic amenities...

budget hotel in middle of city, close to main janpath market. also close to main railway station and biju patnaik airport. food is ok. rooms are not much cleaned.funny thing is they dont have fans. so use a.c. all the time

Most third class hotel. This is first time i stayed here. Horrible experience. Ever after calling you will not get service. Lazy waiters. Poor breakfast quality and quantity. I had dinner at night. They charged me around Rs.500/- for a bowl of rice,plain dal and fried potato. The taste was horrible.

i selected the hotel because of location and proximity but certainly this was lost when i checked into the room. the things that OYO room are known for this one does not feature anywhere in the list and the prices are almost double to what is typically available in the city during this time.
Bfast is complimentary but not enough to satisfy your morning hunger pangs. you need to shell out if you need extra slice of bread ... or morning tea as well.. whats this?
lunch i was forced to have as i drove from Kolkata and was tired but the mutton kasha prep was horrible which left a bad taste.
neither the linen nor the toilet is clean and inspite of repeatedly asking the hotel they turned a deaf ear , exhaust in the bathroom not working.?

Very nice, clean rooms. Helpful staff, always available. Service is good. Dining area was also good, the staff even customised the dinner menu when requested, homely atmosphere. Cannot comment on how regular the cleaning of rooms happen, as we stayed for only one day. Balconies and bathrooms were also nice.

Rooms are reasonably better maintained that other hotels in the vicinity. Linens are changed if told. Dampener is no good English News channels like TIMES NOW/NDTV/IBN etc available. AC rooms do not have fans. U are compelled to watch only free channels. Food at the restaurant is expensive compared to nearby restaurants.

very bad property , poor services...food was very bad , and the price was also too costly for a cheap hotel like this...the bedsheets were not changed for 2 days..the room was stinking and the room service boys response was also bad...even after complaining to the manager mr .swian he overlooked our problems and didnt pay a heed to us...really bad .......
