Our stay was very cozy and comfortable. The room was clean and had all the requisite amenities. The washroom and room are connected by a glass wall which has a retractable curtain which adds to the convenience. The staff is courteous and polite. From the staff side Mr. Pintu assisted us in the Dinner and Mr. Somnath helped us in having a bountiful breakfast. The food was simply delicious and the hospitality is really good. It’s just a home away from home kind of feeling to stay with ITC always.

One of the best hotels in the city. Great location, prompt service and lovely ambience. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the entire staff, they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Bhubaneswar and nearby attractions. As of now, Non-residents guests are not allowed in our premises including restaurants. We are eagerly waiting for this clarity to come from the state government's sources somewhere in Mid- july. Till then , we regret the same would not be possible at our hotel.
