Not exactly in the desert as you imagine it. But located in a far away village amidst scrub land. A totally tented resort will all modem amenities. Large three section tent with a huge bedroom and a bathroom room of matching size. A covered front porch with easy chairs and a writing table. An extension with seating for six to...

What a unique experience for us and kids for Christmas eve! After a long drive, we received a warm welcome. We enjoyed a pleasant sun downer and a camel ride at the dunes. The tent was very comfortable - more than comfortable and the bathroom was great. Service was impeccable and they provided us with two heaters in case the...

You will love the experience at The Serai. It is a world of tents...but luxurious and old-world...and delicious food and wonderful service, and good activities to keep you interested. We were there for two nights. One night is not enough. Don't miss bird-watching in the early morning with their highly informed guide and the Sundowner at dusk...a camel ride in...

The place is extremely well managed and maintained. Tents are amazing, specially the ones with the Jacuzzi. Food and the service are both exceedingly good. Evening setup for bonfire and dinner is simply out of the world.

The Serai is a desert dream: located far from any other desert camps, it is beautifully austere. The tents are luxurious, with bath and some have their own plunge pools. The staff is eager to please and the excursions are wonderful. We took the sundowner trip through the desert--we took a jeep tour first, followed by a camel ride, and...
