It was the best hotel we stayed in during our monthly tour in India!!! Located in a quiet area, but really close to the central city, it is the excellent choice. You can both be in the heart of Jaisalmer and enjoy silence! That is truly unique in India! Architecture of the place respects the majestic style of the city...

Hotel Rose Villa had one of the friendliest atmospheres of any hotel we stayed at in India. Its owners were amazingly helpful in not only making sure we were comfortable and well fed, but also helping us organise sightseeing in and around Jaisalmer. Great value for money, good location and and wonderful family run homestay atmosphere.

We stayed at Hotel Rose Villa for three nights during our trip around Rajasthan. After the Long Trip in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer was nice for us. The accommodation feels more like a home than a hotel. It was quite like visiting a friend or family member. On our first day we arrived at lunch time and tried some of the fabulous...

Many Jaisalmer hotels thrive on revenue from camel tours and subsidize room rates, so when we refused to bow to the pressure of a nearby operator, he kicked us out. Luckily, Rose Villas was just across the street. The owners and staff are lovely and personable. The rooms are worth what they asked, but they did us a good turn...

This is an amazing homely hotel, which is run by two of the nicest and genuine people we met on our travels. Joshi the hotel owner could not have been more freindly and helpful, going out of his way to make sure everything was just right. We were there for 3 days up until NYE 2010/11 preparing for The Rickshaw...
