One gets swayed by the architecture but the property disappoints on many fronts...the food is lousy and the kitchen staff fails to listen to the guest. The linen in the bathrooms is in tatters and the toiletries are basic.

I would like to mention that one of the nights that we stayed, we had not booked dinner at the hotel. But when we returned late night to the hotel, the personnel at the desk was pleasant enough to ask...

When we stayed here we we're sick and everyone was taking care of us. Great service, true hospitality vocation and very nice restaurant. They had special food for has and went to the market to get ice from mineral water. The front office team was great as well. 100% recommended

Rooms not cleaned everyday. Untrained staff with poor attitude. Tend to even refill the little shampoo bottles in the room. Could be ok for $50 Very basic. Not value for money. Breakfast is ok but again if you ask something off the display, staff is not equipped to handle.
