Although only paying £7 for the night the first room we were given was barely bigger than a cell with no windows and a horrible creaky bed that felt it was going to give way at any moment. The bathroom was not especially clean - shower would also not switch off so had to go to reception to ask them...

If not for the always friendly and smiling staff and the price of stay for one night, this hotel is fairly average. Rooms varied in standard, and we asked to move from our original room due to a bed sounding like it was about to split under the weight of a feather and a shower who's tap needed hitting in...

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I booked a two night desert safari with them and it was an amazing experiences. It's a great place for solo travellers to meet others to go on safaris or just enjoy a beer or bhang lassi on the rooftop restaurant.

Placed outside the fort but close to the principal gate, this guesthouse really has a "shanti" atmosphere. There is the possibility to be transported there from the railway station, the staff are really nice. The room was basic and so was the bathroom, but everything was clean and hto water available any time. There was also a small terrace. The...

The reason we're giving this place a 5 isn't really because of the hotel. The rooms are ok, no Windows, and our toilet didn't flush and leaked though considering the price it's not too bad. You can skip the food from rooftop cafe altogether, but it's a nice place to meet other people. But, they have a really really good...

Rooms are good value, proper hot water, all staff very friendly and laid back, especially the owner. Comfortable roof terrace is a great place to socialise with other travellers and offers shade which is very welcome in Jaisalmer!

Booked this place due to recommendations from Lonely planet and it has good reviews on TA. Not sure why everyone seems to enjoy it? It was very unorganized and the staff while we were there were a few teenage boys who laid on the couch all day and night. Seemed uninterested in helping us once they realized we booked a...
