it was great stay love it!! the the hot water heater didn't work but they were right on it and when we needed more paper towels and trash can liners they were right there. we were there before the resort officially opened so the restaurants were limited but the grocery store had every thing we needed. The View was fantastic.... More

We stayed in an older (1970s) property in the Sun Lodge. The accommodations were nice, clean, and well kept, but very dated. The people at the resort were helpful and friendly. The beds were too soft. The pool was miniature. Other amenities were not available to us.

Angel Fire is a very small NM village. When you see the word "resort," know that it is a misnomer. You will find an exceedingly family-friendly, laid-back, comfy lodge in a spectacularly beautiful location with lots of excellent outdoor activities year-round. If what you really want is a 5-star spa, however, you probably want to go somewhere else. Angel Fire... More

My wife and I stayed here in July, so no skiing - but we had a great visit. The lodge is nice and the rooms are arranged to minimize noise from the hallways. The rooms are decorated in rustic wood and are very welcoming.

We had a lovely time staying in the condo at the Lodge at Angel Fire. It was a comfortable stay. The condo was clean and quiet but very outdated. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped. We actually extended our stay 2 days more. Staff was quite friendly and accommodating. There was a lot going on the days we were there... More

Excited about a relaxing stay at this rather remote ski resort turned out to be anything but. The room was dark with stained carpets and old bathroom fixtures. The fiberglass tub had two poorly done patches - in a different color just to make sure the patch job was obvious, I think. The food in the restaurant was somewhat tasty... More

We decided to stay at the Angel Fire Lodge while doing the 2016 Angel Fire Trail Ragnar Relay race. Overall I would say the experience was pretty good. The check in staff and lobby cafe staff were very friendly and informative with local information. The location of the lodge is gorgeous and the surrounding views are breath taking. So I... More

We have stayed here a couple of times in the last year or two. We see small improvements happening. It's a much better place from what we experienced 7 years ago. My wife and I stayed at the Angel Fire Resort for 3 nights and we were slightly disappointed from the moment of checking in. Love the Angelfire Resort. It is an excellent ski in and out resort. The slopes are awesome with great powder. The greens may be a little much for a new skier that is a little tentative, but if you are willing to jump in.....you are good to go on great snow. Great food on site at the resort and great...
