In our busy itinerary, we actually got to stay here two nights. The tented accommodation is really lovely, with a good bathroom and hot water. Food excellent at both dinner and breakfast and we were provided with packed lunches too. The lounge and lobby areas were lovely with a nice feel and the gardens pretty.

We stayed in one of the Safari-Tents, which are very clean and spacious! The hotel´s garden is wonderful and a true oasis to relax! But this hotel would not be the same without its staff: they were always very attentive and caring! Little chats gave the place a very personal touch and we felt very well looked-after!

The staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful. Breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner were included and the food was excellent...All set up in their beautiful garden. Our safari... More

As part of our charity cycle challenge we had two nights here at the Ranthambhore Bagh. The tents are amazing and being nearly 6 foot tall I was a little concerned abut space but it was excellent and the shower was amazing. I can honestly say that this was the best shower space of our full 10 day challenge. The... More

We really enjoyed the ambience of this accommodation. The grounds were very nicely landscaped and the tents were raised on a foundation. The outdoor eating area was beautiful and the food was delicious. We were treated to traditional music and dancing during dinner. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We were served tea and biscuits before our early... More

We were booked at the Ranthambhore Bagh by our travel company and were very happy with the accommodations, amenities, service, and food. The gardens are lovely making this a wonderful oasis set in bustling Sarai Madhopur. We ate from the a la carte menu as well as the buffet and all the food was delicious. Mostly, we were grateful for... More

All meals were provided with this accommodation, and the food was very good and plentiful. The staff were just great - very friendly and helpful. The main building is very pleasant with lounges to spend time in. The tiger safari they organized was just great, and an extra night excursion looking for local wildlife was great too. There are craft... More

The Bagh does what it does very well. Service is excellent and the meals are delicious. There is a pleasant outdoor area for dinner and a little shop for tiger based merchandise which is very reasonable. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, going out to search for replacment batteries for one of our party and sorting out phone problems for... More

Deciding to stay in a tent for a few nights we were a little anxious. I had thought this accommodation was in the "jungle" but was just a large garden area, lovely but loads of traffic noise. Evening meals served outside was novel and delicious but be warned the delightful resident monkeys can pre from above! The tent proved comfortable... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Ranthambhore Bagh opened in 1998 as a modest 12-room hotel for travelers looking out for an experience in the Ranthambhore National Park. The following year we added luxury tents, with all the facilities that a modern day traveler needs. We have now evolved to a resort which caters to all kind of specialist needs and have become the favorite hangout of filming crews, photographers, naturalists, birders and tourists who desire a richer wildlife experience. If you are the kind who wants to photograph the Indian courser or identify the different individual tigers of Ranthambore then you have reached the right place. ... more   less
