This family run guesthouse is so well organised and clean that I think I would go back to them if I visit Udaipur again. Situated just by the Lake Pichola, this guesthouse mostly attracts the backpackers and solo travelers. They have family rooms too. All rooms are clean and quiet, though very basic. Bathrooms have hot water service during winter....

Good location and great view on the lake But unfortunately, staff is not as good, very unpleasant. Restaurant non hygienic. Plates are dirty. Wifi doesn't work specially in the rooms. Good place to stay but eat outside.

I stayed here for a couple of days. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Terrace provides excellent view of lake. Family members and other staff are freindly and very helpful. Provides place for parking two wheelers. Provided luggage space after check out.

You go to Lal Ghat because of its breathtaking sunset on Lake Pichola, quiet morning tea on the balcony, interesting conversations with repeat visitors, cozy chats at night in the balcony / terrance, and charming stone wall rooms with history! You go to Lal Ghat because it is Lal Ghat! The location is fantastic -- on the lake, close to...

This guest house is a real find, located 5 mins walk from Jagdish Temple and set on the bank of Lake Pichola itself. It is a budget place, but what it may lack in shine & cleanliness it makes up for in location! There is food, though I only ate breakfast here, which was very nice and they also provide...

We ended up here by mistake very late at night. Lonely Planet say good value. It's awful, no wifi, no water, no bedside light. I had a fluorescent tube in my room. The duvet did not have a cover. I slept in my cloths.

We stayed for almost a week in this lovely guest house. Our room was very nice, with mosquito nets on the windows and bathroom with hot watet, plus a great view on Lake Pichola (1000INR). They have much cheaper rooms as well. The patio is a relaxing place to be and chat with other travellers. It's also the place to...

Lovely guesthouse, friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright rooms. Good location, right on the edge of the lake and easy walking distance to the Palace, plenty of shops and restaurants. Gorgeous courtyard filled with plants and several outdoor seating areas overlooking the lake, including rooftop terrace. Serve good food. Variety of rooms, from large stone rooms with sofas and...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here in Udaipur. The hotel is well located and has a restaurant as well right on the lake, although we didn't end up eating there. Our room was reasonably priced and right at the top of the building - Room 17. We were shown this room last, after seeing the more nicely decorated...

I went with my 9 friends. The cost of accommodation is so cheap and good rooms. . the breakfast is amazing... I miss the pancakes . The view you get from the balcony of the lake is beautiful at night. And the best part is it's next to the city palace. And in amazing location.
