This is one of a kind experience, during the time when we all are fighting the odds to be safe and still stick to our plans and activities. So in Lemon Tree Coimbatore, we planned and organized a wedding event at the banquet hall only with immediate family members and I wanted to make it assured that everyone returned home healthy and safe after the event. To summarise, we went on to enquire regarding the venue food and services and to our expectations from day one till the event day we received an absolute follow up on each and every aspects and we were glad that all our demands and requests were been taken care off in most professional manner. I was stubborn to uphold the implement all safety protocols mandated by government and hotel management. Â
The entire Lemon Tree Coimbatore hotel Management, to be precise the Team of Chefs headed by Executive Chef Mr.Shiva showered the event with their delicacies; especially the veggies were of top notch. From planning the menu to food in the platter everything were delivered with a smile. We were very specific on the food menu and Mr.Shiva made sure it lived and exceeded the expectation of each one of the guests (critics) in the event. The professionalism, hospitality blended with ready to help nature lived up to the benchmark of Lemon Tree. Each one of the member who attended the event were pleased with food and its supported services. A hearty special Thanks to Mr.Shiva and Mr.Susil here.
The access (ingress and egress) to the banquet hall from point of drop and the washrooms from the hall were flat and turned out to be very comfortable for the elders. The parking facilities were ample to accommodate all the cars that turned up.
Summing up, it was a pleasant and joyous experience for each one of us and I would definitely recommend having a visit and you will be pleased too.
Suggestions:
A covered car parking and a navigator at the parking lot would be a great assist as valet parking isn’t a choice during this pandemic.
We were served water in pet water bottles, I would highly recommend the management opting for sterilised and reusable glass bottles.
We will be back again "Lemon Tree Coimbatore ". Thanks for ease of dealing and comfort during these tough times.

I Stayed in your Property ( lemon tree Coimbatore) and would like to share my experience. Date- 14th dec to 15th dec 2020.
Though it was just a 24hours stay. The staff made sure to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I would like to start with mr ashish ( front desk ) who walked an extra mile for us by booking a cab for us and also by making sure that we reach the hotel safely. He was very courteous and polite. The lunch time was over by the time we reached the hotel but The in room dining team still provided us with food so that we don’t sleep hungry. The laundry staff also entertained my request of laundering my cloths last minute. The rooms were absolutely clean and whenever we wanted anything from the housekeeping department they were bringing it to us without any delay.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels but not seen such courteous, welcoming and polite staff.
I would really appreciate if you could appreciate the staff on my behalf for such a wonderful service.

I stayed here for a couple of days as a solo traveller, was in the city to attend a wedding. I drove here in my own car and the car parking was safe and spacious. Found this to be a big plus point for those travelling by their own vehicles.
The hotel is very clean, they are definitely ensuring a lot of sanitisation practices during this covid phase for the safety of customers and staff. The location is set in a suburb area and is close to the airport but the approach roads aren’t very good.
For covid times, there are a few restrictions such as gym and pool not operational, I had to carry my own luggage (no bellboy) to and from my room, etc, but this is understandable.
The rooms are adequately spacious, functional with all the necessary amenities, and very clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
The in-room dining was a good experience too. The food menu was rather limited during this covid time, but whatever I ordered was great and was served in time.
All in all, a great experience at Lemon tree Coimbatore and I will definitely recommend this to anyone considering this hotel. I’ll surely not hesitate in staying here again.

So in Lemon Tree Coimbatore, we planned and organized an event last week at the banquet hall only with immediate vaccinated family members and I wanted to make it assured that everyone returned home healthy and safe after the event. To make it crisp, as we have already experienced thier service before this time the enquires were like briefing our expectations and glad that all our requirements were taken care off in a smooth professional manner.
The entire Lemon Tree Coimbatore Chefs headed by Executive Chef Mr.Shiva flavored the event with their delicacies; this time especially the biriyani was extremly good. From assisting in planning the menu to bringing the food to dining everything was as expected.The professionalism , service, hospitality and happily welcoming gesture of the staffs with the delicious food was a memorable experience. A hearty special Thanks to Mr.Shiva, Mr.Nagaraj, Mr.Madhan and Mr.Susil here.

Check in was breezy even during this 2nd time, thanks to Ms Lavanya & Mr Samy. Executive Mr Gokul was helpful in selecting my room though the disappointment was there with the non-availability of the same room as in my previous stay. Housekeeping is very efficient in providing me extra water bottles and cleaning is up to the COVID 19 standards. Devi is the best in the housekeeping department and kudos to her for helping me with my requests. In room dining was efficient too during my previous stay & Im yet to use their services this time. Overall services are awesome. Congratulations for making me a repeated guest.

Starting with checkin the process was real smooth. We requested for an upgrade and that was promptly granted. The room was super clean and spacious as were the washroom. There is ample parking which is also very well maintained. The trouble started when we went for dinner and had to wait for most food for quite sometime but could also see that the staff was trying their best to do a good job. The sleep was peaceful in the comfy bed and no noise anywhere.
The second day breakfast and dinner also kind of left us wanting for better service on food. The menu has been cut down due to Covid and the food took little longer than expected. At that point in time I kind of lost it and left without having dinner. The staff saw that and trust me the number of times they called to send in some food and check on my concerns was unbelievable. I can say without a doubt that after having travelled the length and breadth of the country I haven’t seen such courteous staff which will do everything to make it worthwhile. The final day saw every bit of attention right from breakfast up to dinner and beyond. Checkout was smooth too.
If there is someone from the hotel management seeing this, I would like to tell you that you have a bunch of great team members. You need to equip them with more hands for them to not be overworked. A special mention to Raisul who got us an upgrade and kept checking in on our well being and comfort for three days. Arti is undoubtedly the most hard working and patient employee that I have seen. If I were to ever consider having a restaurant of my own, Arti would be the first hire I would like to make. She always has a smile on and is there all the time and helping everyone at the same time that it is unbelievable at times. Deepak is the most honest and humble guy who went to lengths to accommodate my requests when I needed to spend time at the bar. He was honest to guide me in what was not available and what and where could I be served. Helped customise the dishes to my liking. Siva, the executive chef asked us what would we like and ensured that his team was right on point in serving us and customise as per our taste. There are possibly 5-6 more people that I wish to name but don’t quite recollect the names. These folks are so honest and hardworking that there is no way you can show displeasure or get upset with them. For a vacation which I thought would end in disaster due to the initial hiccup on food ended up making an experience that me and my family would cherish in a long time. For anyone who likes great hospitality and good clean rooms, don’t bat an eyelid and head to lemon tree Coimbatore. Just be patient with the staff which is doubling up for so many others. They deserve all the applause and more..!! Thank you guys..you are the best..!!

The stay was very enjoyable. I had gone for a tennis tournament and we had stayed at lemon tree. The hotel staff were extremely flexible. If you miss your breakfast because the match was scheduled early in the moring, you can pick up items that you would want to eat later and give it to the staff and they will cover the items, heat them again and send it to your room.
Food, breakfast and dinner, were sumptuous, good variety and tasty food. Room was spacious and clean. Abundant car parking space.

This hotel needs a lot of improvement, especially considering the price that they are charging, which is not at all justified with the sub-standard service offered.
1) Starting with the room. Bath fittings are old and rusty (atleast my room 103). The shower knob was very difficult to operate as it almost jammed due to rust/ water sediments. Entire bathroom floor was getting covered with some black granules/ particles which seems very disappointing. 2) Very poor breakfast spread. Not a single cuisine is of north India so people who come from very far for tourism and stay here, have to adjust to very limited options. Over and above, whatever food was provided, was below average. The same story was in our dinner. We ordered dum biryani but served with fried rice. 3) Location of this hotel is far from any of the common city eateries or bars. With limited options and low-grade food at this hotel, staying becomes more disappointing.
The only good thing about this hotel is they employ differently-abled people and supports the community. Everything else was pretty average and needs drastic improvement.
In summary, not a good choice to stay unless not improved.
