We are family of 4 with two small kids aged 8 and 4. We had booked a suite. The location is nicely distanced from the airport and even though it's on the main road, it's comfortable quiet and peaceful inside. The staff are courteous and professional. Chef Ravi runs a wonderful kitchen and is hands on at breakfast, catering to the needs of each individual guest. I recommend to take the chef's special as they are wonderfully delicious. The support staff ensures that the rooms are tidied up every morning. Except for the over use of room fresher on the floors, there is not much to pick on at ZIBE.

Our experience at Zibe Coimbatore in late December was absolutely delightful.The variety of dishes offered at breakfast was exceptional, and the staff, particularly in the reception and room service, were courteous and efficient. The corridors are nicely designed with different cultural paintings, elegant lighting, and with an amazing ambiance. The only downside is the limited parking during the holiday seasons. The toilets have sliding glass doors without locks, just a hiding sticker.

Away from hone everyone needs comfortability, particularly for business visits. Good tasty and hygienic food with sound sleep after tiring whole day work is much needed. All these one will get here at Zibe GRT hotel at a reasonable rate. Good housekeeping ( maintained by Mr Gokulnath) and welcome response at reception are worth to note.

This was our third stay here this year. The rooms are clean and contemporary, and the window can be opened on request (which was something the senior citizens in our family wanted). The suite room we tried once seemed to be a combination of a standard room and a kitchenette area. The deluxe rooms are quite spacious (and wider than the suite), and very comfortable. The toilets in both have sliding doors which do not lock.
The staff are very cordial. The food was very tasty and customized for us (no chillies, no chilly powder!). The breakfast buffet was very good too.
Our first stay was based on online reviews. For subsequent stays, we didn't consider any other places as we were very comfortable here the previous time - Zibe has become our first choice to book in Coimbatore.

We had 3 nights in this lovely hotel from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out we were looked after extremely well. All the staff from the security to the room cleaning staff are very happy always ensuring you are getting the best service and always willing to help. The rooms are very nice a good size bed nice bathroom and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is very nice with a good selection to choose from and eggs to order direct from the kitchen. We also had lunch and dinner on occasion and all was very nicely prepared and served.
Overall a great stay and we can highly recommend it. We look forward to our stay on 1. Feb

The experience was not too good.. For the cost charged, the quality was poor along with the size of the room. The lobby at the lift area smelled of rotten foods, the bed had dust and we had to raise complaints. Dual occupancy had single towel and other items as well. For such cost we don't expect such a quality service. Even though the staffs are welcoming, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Very good service by all staff. Right from security at the entrance, reception, room service, dining (great service) etc. Room was comfortable for small family. It has a peaceful ambiance, severed delicious South Indian food, entire team was accommodating and gave a best service.

I stayed at this property when i visited coimbatore, the property is a hidden jewel, the rooms are very well maintained, spacious and bright, the icing on the cake is the interiors very hippy and yet aligned with traditional touch. The staff are well mannered especially Varun at front office and yukesh from house keeping, very humble and very professional. All in all i will surely recommend this property to my friends and business partners.

Our family had a swingin' time at GRT Zibe for five fabulous nights! Mr. Richard Burrows from Food & Beverage and Arul from Housekeeping were the real cats who ensured our stay was groovy. The breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, and the rooms were spick and span. Can't wait to head back for another jazzy stay in GRT Zibe.

I am not sure about airport pick up. I arranged on my own. Its just 6 kilomaters. About dinner time, i think its 1900Hrs onwards.
