We stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 14.
Rooms are small, not very clean.
Bed is king size but mattress is not very good for your back.
We did not get hot water at all. I guess if you bathe only at early hours you will get hot water.
We asked hot water for our kid at least, it took them 1.5 hrs to get it.
There was no speed regulator for Fans, we complained, but nobody came. Charging points were not working.
Restaurant is descent. Service is slow at late night (we ordered after 10 PM)
Location is good though. Very near to Railway station and Meenakshi Temple.

Not tidy. Decent food. Helpful staff. Located very near to meenakshi temple is a plus point. Other than that nothing great about the hotel. Its a decent stay at the cost offered. They need to focus more on cleanliness.

Its an average quality hotel in all aspects like room, service, lighting etc. Only positive is the hotel is very close of Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple. Hot water is available. Lift service is also available. Double bed delux room is fine to stay. Its okay to stay in this hotel with friends or alone. If you are going to Meenakshi Amman temple for 1 day visit, I prefer this hotel for staying one day.

We were a family of 6 adults ( 70 yrs to 35 years ) and twin girls of 4yrs , who were on a piligrimage tour to Madurai, Rameshwaram etc. We had pre-booked the room through a reputed travel agent ( hotel was recommneded by him to fit our budget ) and had paid in advance for 9 room-nights. The Hotel was dingy with surly staff and damp and dingy rooms. The photos on this website are off rooms of a much highre catergory and look nothing like what was offered to us. The bed linen was filthy and when we pointed it out to the reception staff/manager we were told that i had been in use for the past 5 days since fresh laundry was delayed due to rains. In all the days that we were in Madurai it rained exactly for 20 minutes a day and that too late in the evening, The day time heat was so much that linen of any form would have dried in 2hours or less. But when asked if they expected us to sleep on linen used by some other guests, they got loud, angry and abusive and accused us of making a scene and trying to demean thier hotel. Food plates that were lying outside a particular room when we checked in were not cleared for the three days we were there. The less said about the state of the toilets the better....broken toilet seats, scaly taps and loose tiles. staff would not budge for anything les than a twenty ruppee bill. since we had paid up fully for our entire stay, we decided to put up with it for as long as posiible - which turned out to be 40 hours. we then found a great hotel at virtually the same price with far superior service and first class rooms.

Bad hotel. Booked two rooms ( AC classic) for a day. The rooms are poor, AC's do not work properly, staff is rude to the limit of threatening. If i had to say about restaurant only the breakfast is good when south indian food is served. Lunch was terrible so didn't went for dinner. Not worth the money. However the location is near most of the famous places.

Not a hotel to stay . Basically i taken the hotel for stop over in the morning to fresh up. The rooms and the access to the rooms are stinky. The bedspreads are of third class and the toiled , worst is the better word a can use

This property is located near to meenakshi temple and railway station..i have stayed 3nights its very pleasant to stay...worth of money..staffs are very good and service was nice comparying others in nearby.

Excellent hotel with clean and neat rooms on a perfect location close to Madurai Railway Junction and Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. Super friendly and courteous staffs.This hotel has everything that you may want with comfort, excellent location and a very helpful staff.

Stayed in this hotel with family..Good one but can improve alot...staff was cooperative and helpful..food was tasty.room was good but cleanliness of room , changing of bedsheets and they provided towels which were nt washed.....they need to concentrate on housekeeping alot..hotel was very near to temple.

This review is on behalf of my guest who is currently in this hotel. This is the worst hotel ever in madurai. Imagine they have only one tap in their bathroom which you are supposed to use it for both taking bath as well as the latrine!! Even the rooms that are shown in their website are just imaginary!! So please don't believe what's shown in their website. Staff is also very very rude. And the sightseeing bus which they provide is worst that a scrap vehicle ( DAKOTA EXPRESS). I will advise all the travelers to rather donate your room rent to charity and sleep on the road / or in the temple rather than pay these morons! I will be sending the pictures soon!

I don't recomend de hotel because of the conditions and the staff. It's placed in the city center, so I supose it's as safe as another one
