Amazing hotel, shiny new with all facilities, located at the edge of the city (a bit far from the temple, about 8 Kms, but you can get a car for a few euros). Incredibly comfortable, amazing bed and very quiet. Great food. No liquor licence yet, but I assume that will come soon.

Very good ambiance. The food served was great. The members who are clearing plates in the restaurant needs to wear gloves. It is unhygienic now.
The paper, fruits etc which are Sid to be complements needs to be served to room without follow up. System needs review by management. Otherwise great hotel to stay. Thanks for the support from all the members. Keep it up.

I was here with my family for lunch.
We went for the buffet as usual they had such amazing food and their dessert corner was really good.
This time I wanted to try out their pasta and pizza counters and it seems like they weren't anyway close to minimal works. Almost everything in Bazaar is a delight. The staff the welcome Sibon note evrything was perfect. Just like the climate that day.
The best thing i had was the dessert.
And the unexpected food was the Semiya payasam
chef Rabick provided Mutton Bone soup in On time with very good taste.
The food drinks and staff throughout the hotel were very attentive
Special thanks to Varghese & Arun and Jothi
I truly believe every one need to experience this hotel standard at least once in their lifetime

I had a fantastic stay at the new Grand Madhurai hotel with my family. The clean, modern rooms were perfect, and they even brought fruit and snacks to our room based on our preferences. Jyoti was very welcoming and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Rishi was also very helpful and welcoming. Although the hotel car wasn't available when we needed it, Sasi Kumar went above and beyond to arrange a vehicle for us at the last minute.
The buffet was wonderful, offering a variety of delicious vegetarian options. Sobita and the other staff provided excellent care and service at the restaurant, making our dining experience enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, we received friendly and attentive service that made us feel right at home. Yemti was very sweet and helpful. I had a warm welcome by all members of the front office. Ms Yemti has been of great support throughout my stay. She is humble and full of hospitality. I believe she will go very far in her career.
Housekeeping was done perfectly and I would like to compliment them as well, especially Ms Savitha.
Rooms are very comfortable and suitable for families. Bathroom is spacious and meets the criteria of a 5 Star hotel. All amenities are from Dove, which is up to standards. Well done!
Due to my late arrival for my breakfast from prayers in Meenakshi temple, the managers were all very kind to let me dine in slightly beyond 10.30am. This is very much appreciated and truly reflects hospitality. Ms Poosathai also ensured alll our dining needs are met.
I wish all the very best to Grand Madurai. I have been coming to Madurai for 15 years, and I always stay in Regency. Grand has fulfilled all my expectations of a 5 Star hotel, not only in India, but on an international level.
