We had booked 6 rooms through a reputed travel portal. We booked 2 deluxe AC and 4 standard AC rooms for 1 night. We were in town to attend a wedding. There were no major issues on check in. The F.O. mgr did not not ask us for any advance when we presented our booking confirmation email; he just asked...

Nice budget hotel with very spacious rooms. Very helpful hotel staff and delicious food at the hotel restaurant. But the room and especially the bathroom was not clean at all. This is one aspect where the hotel has to greatly improve on.

We were initially allotted two rooms in the ground floor and since I noticed bedbugs in one of the rooms soon after we settled down, we decided to shift to better rooms. We were given the option of staying in deluxe rooms on the first floor. Quite obviously they came with extra cost. Despite the price, hoping to spend the...

Hotel location is fine. Horrible cleanliness, when we checked in it is not properly cleaned and we stayed there for 3 days and gave keys to them only inspite of that they didn't cleaned at once out of 3 days. There is no regulator for fan, even after requesting for repairing.

I stayed here for a few days in January. It wasn't amazing, but it ticked all the boxes. Room was pretty clean, there was hot water in the morning, there was a nice view of the nearby temple, and the staff were pretty friendly. The restaurant was okay but pretty overpriced. R40 for one parotta??? Overall I would say that...

Used to stay there regularly a couple of years ago. But the last two visits made sure I will never set my foot in there again. The rooms were the worst maintained. No individual control for access to ac. What a joke. The person said that it was fixed. First time I have heard of such a concept. Nobody in...
