Room: Well furnished. New Building. 1 or 2 walls built of glass for a great view of sunrise from the bed. Well maintained and clean. Shared living room for 3 rooms. Best for a group of 6 members (3 bedrooms and a shared kitchen and lobby).
Food: Food is very bad. Chicken Biryani, pepper chicken and egg chilli (all very bad) = ₹500+ Payment can be made while check out.
Ambience: Pleasent and calm

Had went with friends from France and stayed in one double room and one single bed room. The room was tidy with clean toilets provided with hot n cold water. The staff from receptionist to chef was friendly and attended to our needs with care and respect. The food was good with changes suiting our needs with respect to spice level etc. Finally, our stay was splendid with our room facing the beautiful valley.

Pro's Price was matched with Agoda. Food rate and quality quantity amd taste is really awesome. Room (delux room recommend for couples) was perfect in all the aspects. Spacious, bathroom fitted with geyser , Tv , kettle and phone. Wifi also. View from any corner of the hotel is breathtaking. Sitting arrangement in front end has awesome view both during sunrise and sunset. Open terrace for walk and see the beauty of surroundings. Amazing staff and receptionist and chef himself. Owner is young dynamic and friendly (met him once during my stay) Eco friendly outside lights. Good response by staff.

Con's : Only con is approach and if you are allowed to park your vehicle at the top near lingam temple then 650 meters of uphill n downhill walk is the only concern. Rating (- 1) minus 1.
Solution: allow parking near temple and housekeeping staff should take luggage from the same point.
Property can be given some maintenance from longterm prospect as it is located at very strategic location and may earn good fortune for owner. (3.5)

I was there for about 1 week and my stay was very pleasant. The place is very clean and scenic view. Service was very good and I cooked myself because of pandemic and was available most of the kitchen thigs. For kids they have few things like slider, swings, see-saw etc.

My worst experience in hotels since 15+ years of travelling home & abroad. It was recommended to me by a friend and he got his share of feedback. The sofa was damaged, TV in one room was broken, couldn’t dare to try their food, walls were dirty with torn wall posters and many more issues. Room amenities were also not provided even though they have plenty in stock at reception. I highly suggest the management to improve the rooms and don’t fool guests.

One place in Ooty, from where you can witness spectacular sunrises. The resort is on the edge of the valley towards the eastern side of the mountains... The far stretched green lands and open blue sky gives a perfect treat to the eyes. The rooms are good and spacious to ensure a comfortable stay. They have an open terrace as well which makes it a perfect sundowner party place. Located in the value, the place is a perfect retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of maddening city.

Not a good place.Rooms not well maintained and cleaned.We booked for 2days but cancelled for one day.They will ask 50%cash in advance and not refundable.We were actually trapped there.The complementary breakfast is only two dosas.Better not to go there. The connecting road is full of trenchesand car will get damaged. Malayalees ,please don't book this hotel.
