Our Visit was pleasant and very comfortable where we had a very good experience and the hospitality by the hotel manager was very good. The only thing is they can keep back side steps like Zostel so that we can climb the steps and come to the hotel instead of coming around. Overall good experience and nice Hotel.

Loved the place and the views, clean and spacious rooms, nice staff. Hard to leave actually 🙂 the restaurant is rarely open but when it is it's pretty good. One of the best hotels I have slept at in India

I booked a deluxe room on first floor. I stayed with my parents. Room was beautiful n clean. Services also were very good. My parents were very happy with the service. Thank you RK homes for making my stay pleasent.

We have booked this property for one day then extended one more day with much expectations than the first day.The dirty spot bedsheets was not changed on second day even after accepting our request for the same. The deluxe room which provided to us was large in size, having a large balcony to 180° view to the Ooty town. Our higher catagoried room didn't have a wardrobe or luggage rack to keep our belongings. There are hot water restrictions which will be affecting If anyone plan to go for a sightseeing in early morning since hot water is only available between 7.00 - 8.00 am.The parking space is enough for LMVs and it is very secured. The WiFi signals will not reach in all the rooms.The management need to be trained the staff that the room should be locked after cleaning or any services providing in the guest rooms.

Very bad experience. Need to do improve your service and quality else guests will never come to stay in home stays type of place.
Room cleanliness not there, inspite of elite room. No wifi range in elite room . Need to put another router to get coverage. Hot water problem. Only 2 lights working in elite room. We were almost leaving in dark in elite room. Not worth of money. We could have got far better place to stay with this money in Ooty.

We helped you with early checkin and we allowed you to do cooking for your baby in our kitchen. Your request for baby towel was met. Our hot water time is 7am to 10am. Wifi range is there in the room. But your request was outside your room. For security reasons we can not provide wifi outside. We explained this to you.

Stayed in this holiday home for 4days with family and I am extremely satisfied. The following are the one's that I really Liked: 1. Free pickup from bus station 2. Very neat and spacious(really spacious) rooms 3. Room Boys are very polite and always ready to respond 4. Bathrooms also clean and big in size 5. The Owner of this property is really a nice person and always ready to help us 6. Car transportation for sight seeing with reasonable prices and the driver is really cool person 7. Room Service including coffee from in-house and items from Breakfast/lunch/dinner from outside...Really liked it 8. Nice view from the Balcony
On 2nd day of my stay, unfortunately all the parties in TN called for a strike and not even a small shop/hotel in Ooty opened on that day. After hearing the news we shocked but Mr.Ramesh assured that he will arrange Breakfast and lunch in the hotel itself by getting some help from neighbors and he did it. Really great and I would like to appreciate him for that.
For people who are looking for peaceful stay with in budget, this Holiday Home is definitely the best.

February is probably not the best season for Ooty, it can be a bit chilly at night. Still I had a very pleasant stay. RK's house is very neat and clean, rooms are inviting. There is no restaurant, but they have menus from two restaurants in the town you can order from, and it is delivered to your room for a minimal charge of Rs. 2. Tea and Coffee are prepared in their own kitchen. There is a driver you can book to make day tours. He is a very nice person, but do not expect him to be a tour guide, he will just bring you to the nice places. As a solo traveller I would book one of the cheaper tours in the city next time, but as a group this is surely a good choice.

This hotel is located in a place from where all the sight seeing places are commutable. View from the balcony is excellent and good room service. A very proper budget hotel. We enjoyed our trip totally. Feel like home when you stay there.

had no hassles in check-in, they send their room boy to receive from bus stand.. no restaurant as mentioned, but very good choice of hotel menus at their disposal for room service. quite cold 'coz of tile flooring & nice view of town from balcony.. since away from town no noise pollution either. all together its a nice place for stay.

Home located at Very nice location... if you pre book they offering free pick also, the room was very neat and clean staff were very polite , and helpful. Overall , An Excellent guest house at ooty , at a reasonable price.
