Overall stay was amazing and peaceful. Very helpful and polite staff. Views are great and food was good too. I just felt the need of hot water kettle in rooms. The staff do provide if you ask them however it is an inconvenience for both the parties and a easy way to sort is to keep the kettles. It's secluded so obviously connectivity is difficult however the staff can call cab for you or if you are travelling by your own vehicle then that's great. Must stay place in ooty.

Awsome view from the valley view suit rooms. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff is good and helpful. Veg food was nice. Only drawback is room are very next to each other and may feel disturbance from neighbour rooms. Rest everything ok. Road to the resort is hilly, drive carefully, while taking diversion from mysuru ooty road sometimes you may get stopped saying its a one way, you have to tell them that you have a booking for resort and then you are ok to proceed. Thank you for the beautiful view experience.

The location is totally outbeat. The 360° view around the resort is green, cold and wow. If you are a nature lover, and you want to stay amidst greenery, mountains and away from the hustle bustle of the city. This can be a perfect getaway. The owner is also very helpful. Me and my husband checked in at the stay quite late in the evening, so we could not enjoy the view that day, he allowed us to check out the next day few hours late so that we could enjoy the view.

Very ordinary rooms except suite so clarify upfront before booking pathetic food, unprofessional service , basic amenities lacking like freeze, kettle, poor furniture , small rooms , poor finishes , aesthetic ness and very high charges so avoid for god sake , rating seems managed

Highly recommended resort for a Vacation in Ooty. The Staff, the service, the room, the food and the view, everything was perfect.
The Stone house valley view room that we availed was BEAUTIFUL with a porch on the back and the whole Nilgiri valley view!! A must visit place
