We stayed for 2 nights @ Space4. The location of resort is great , faces nursery and green all around.We were happy with the resort, clean bedroom & bathroom. Newly built resort , more work pending at the property . Service needs be improved, for coffee/ tea addicts and for the weather in ooty u wish to drink anytime, which we missed at the resort . but since we stayed out most of the time , it did not matter much for us . 2.5k for a studio with complimentary BF , the best deal to get in commercialised Ooty!!!

We stayed in May 2014. It is nice resort a great view of tea garden. Also away from the noisy downtown of Ooty. Staff was polite and friendly. The only thing that was spoiling the view was construction for new cottages. So be a bit choosy while booking the rooms.

Me and my wife we visited Ooty over the long Ugadi weekend. We stayed here for 2 nights & 3 days. We made advanced bookings over www.agoda.com @3k per night + 20%taxes this place was a drag. Apparently the place has manpower shortage. At least 3 more guest were complaining while we were there. The best thing about this place was the location. Its located just below the fernhill palace over the valley slopes. It has got a great view of the valley overlooking the tea gardens. The housekeeping & service sucks. I orders for couple of empty tea cups which came after 2 follow up calls & 50mins. They happen to have a restaurant but you are better off eating outside. I would recommend that you try Nahar's Sidewalk cafe in case you are into pasta & pizza. The accommodation was pretty good though. We stayed in a single occupancy room. Have a look at the pictures. Overall this hotel has lots of scope for improvement. With a decent housekeeping & service they should be back on track.

Nice small property nestled in front of one of the most amazing garden you will find outside of Europe. Cottage style hotel. If they had a hot tub I would never leave. They had a fire going at night . I stayed there because one of their amenities was laundry service. Vincent at the front desk made my stay truly memorable

hii, staying at space4resorts , was a memorable experience, am a frequent travller to ooty, but after a long years, i found a real amazing, natural, space 4 me, there, at space 4 resorts, very rich ambience, surrounded by a greenery, fantastic service ( which normally i never find in resorts ), and secure, hip hip hurayyyyyy.

Good location, beautiful layout, good view surrounded, ample parking, good service, best furnitures and utilities. Near to Bus and railway station and within city, free from pollution. Easy accessable. Excellent service and sincerely recommended tourists to stay.

me my wife my kids and my sister visted ooty for a small vaccation,it was a one night stay....our vaccation was not a planned one...simplee with out any pre booking just we started...on reaching fern hill junction after seeing board SPACE 4...STYLE of the board catched just for the fancy. we went there seeing the surrounding itself all were happy,the views the garden childrens play area all look excellent....decided to stay there only.....in tottal the stay was good sleep quallity bed linen neatness their amenites all good...only service was little delayed.the nanager staff all are friendly and good....in all you simply try this place....its close to town busstand lake.......

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort...overall ambiance is very soothing. Room services are up to the mark and staff is very co-operative and helping.. Food including breakfasts was good and deputaion of more staff so that more number of guests can avail the facility at a time.Overall our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed a lot with our family.

Frankly I would be very surprised to read a negative review about this place. A very nice resort in an excellent location, with friendly and cordial staff,the rooms were nice and offers one of the best value for money deals in ooty. Having said that the only shortcoming if anything would be the speed of service,but given the distance the staffs would have to walk to service certain areas it's understandable. Otherwise it's a very peaceful place with an excellent view and ambience. Would definitely recommend space4 resort to family and friends traveling to ooty. Keep up the good work.

Its a good property. There are cottages of single bed room or double bed room. Double bed room cottages are very spacious having living room and 2 bedrooms. New property and not well known. Little inside from main road. Cottages are beautiful and each cottage has private garden with beautiful flowers. Good place if you are looking for peace. View is breath taking. Bathrooms are big. There are swings and benches outside cottage and one can make use of benches and enjoy the view. Restaurant has very limited menu. Food is god but very very limited choice. Breakfast is served after 8:45 only. Also shortage of staff results in poor service. Good property but they should employ more staff and increase items on the menu.
