It was great stay here. The staff was very helpful for all our questions and needs. They particularly believe in great hospitality. We did an early check-in before 2 hours and they didn't charge anything extra. Very helpful staff. The staff also provided us great travel assistance and advice. They also have regular van which one opt for sight seeing in Ooty at a very nominal price. It was also very kind of Mr. Shiva who was always there for all our needs. Indeed a great stay here at Vinayaga Inn. Had an awesome stay here. Looking forward to visiting here for the next time. Cheers Vinayaga Inn. Thank you Team.

Services are really good. Cleanliness are good. Staff are cooperative and food is also good. Hotel is at good location and the sight seeings are nearby from hotel. Covid precautions are very good.hotel staffs are following hygienic guidelines and are practicinsing social distancing rules.

We drove from Chennai to Ooty reached around 3.30 PM there was a confirmation check from the Hotel that morning and the room was ready when we checked in, our request for change in room was immediately arranged. The big plus for this hotel are their staffs, cordial, humble, responsive, care taking.. Although the building is bit old the room are furnished and well maintained. located close to botanical garden is another plus you can reach to near by food joints with 10-15 mins walk. The hotel arranged for a christmas gala dinner for a very nominal price. It was simply fantastic, hats off to Chef. We stayed for 3 days and had a good time during our stay..

It is a very well maintained hotel with very cordial staff.
I specially thank Mr Siva,being the manager of the Inn being a very humble and cordial person,who guided us about the hotel,food and tour packages in and around Ooty and helped us making our trip so amazing.
This hotel is well placed near to botanical garden and just 10 minutes away from Ooty bus stand by taxi or auto
The hotel's location very unique that gives easier access to all other tourist places.
Hotel staff were very cordial and attentive for guests .The food of hotel is very tasty too.
I recommend this hotel is best for official, couples or for solo travelers.
The feel is awesome and stay is amazing.

VINAYAGA INN Ooty is The best hotel in ooty with highly professional staff, Excellent cleanliness,Homely food in affordable price.
The hotel is located very near to Botanical garden & shopping center.
The room is very comfortable with 24 hrs hot water,room service & a king size high quality spring mattress.
The staffs in hotel treat us like a king & do all needful to us.

By staying here for 4days makes me so comfortable and safe to stay here .I really like the room and it’s was really nice the room ,food n service . During this pandemic it’s fell safe to stay in this hotel which is makes social distance and sanitize the hotel .

Visited with family and kids, this hotel offered best in class rooms, we took a suite room which was very spacious and premium standard. The hotel restaurant serves tasty food and all the staffs are soo friendly. Would visit this place again ok ku next trip to Ooty. It was a very great stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom is very large and has lot of space. WiFi is available.
Central location in Ooty and very close to botanic garden.
The food served was delicious and hygienic.

Fabulous and Excellent Hotel in Ooty. Responsible staffs with respect. Finest serving and dinning. Qualityised rooms with hardworking staffs and housekeepers.
