We booked for two 2 bed room cottages, we are complemented with one three bedroom cottage and one two bed room cottage. It was too cost effective stay and we are around 10 people and enjoyed nice food with home mode taste. Staffs are very nice and rooms are clean. Perfect for family stays. Overall we enjoyed the stay with campfire as well.

Perfect location, hospitality, quality of rooms, food quality and access to places.
The staff took great care of all our needs of room hygiene, car parking and food. The location was perfect as it was so close to city centre yet without any hustle bustle.

Very nice homestay in ooty as I have visited several times and stayed in many of those. The hospitality in Two Seas Residences is unparallelled. Cleanliness, Tasty food, Good workers and all the above. Humbleness of Mr. Bhaskar who takes care of all the guests is really worth a single penny. Come and Enjoy the peaceful environment.

Had a great experience. Stayed there for 3 days. Apparently owned and designed by an architect, which is apparent in the great design and the interiors used.. Felt like home coming back to it each night. Food prepared by the chef was tasty and reasonable. Will recommend for everyone.

We planned the two day trip to cover most of the spots around Ooty. But we spent the two days, mostly in the room itself, because of the spacious and extravagant interiors & features of the room. We, the group of four friends, visited Ooty on 28th Nov 2015. We Stayed in Vismay - Duplex Type Room. Since it is placed nearby the hot point of the Ooty town, we went to restaurants, marketplaces and shopping etc., just by walking. We have totally enjoyed our stay here. Room Service, Room Cleanliness, Toilet cleanliness, Bed, Blankets, all was well during our stay. LED TV, Mini Refrigerator, Oven, Gas Stove, Mini Modular Kitchen with utensils, Barstools, Fireplace etc., worked with no issues during our stay and we utilized it except Fireplace (as they charge an extra amount for woods).
My sincere thanks to Mr. Gowda (Manager) and his team for their service and hospitality they provided throughout our stay. Two Seas residence, they have a cook where he will prepare the dish on your demand and serve in hotpack. So, that you can have it, whenever you need. In that way, We also ordered for dinner and it tasted like homemade. Room service and food were good to appreciate.
So, If I have to plan to visit Ooty again, my preference would be Two Seas Residence.

We stayed here on 6th and 7th Jun 2016. We got the Himalaya cottage as requested. Clean and comfortable stay. Nice big beddings in both our rooms. Fantastic view from our room balcony. We took their breakfast on both days and was very homely (but nope it is not complimentary). Staff were courteous and ready to help whenever we needed something. It is close to the Botanical gardens and other attractions are also easily reachable from this place by car. WiFi was available on request. Nevertheless still found it value for money. Thank you Two Seas for a memorable stay!

I stayed at two seas residence during the month of November 2015. We were a family of six with two kids, So we took "Bhoomi" which had three individual bedrooms.
The rooms were very clean and tidy. The bedsheets, pillows and quilts were clean and fresh. All the bathrooms had an individual storage geyser and so there was no problem for hot water.
The staffs were extremely helpful and very nice which made our stay very peaceful.
They served in-house food which was good. For any specific/special menu you need to order in prior say before 4 hours, so that they will procure the items and prepare the food. The price was also nominal. They didn't provide me split up bill for the food items and I also did not bothered to ask it since it seemed normal.
They have indoor fireplace as well.
There is a carrot farm adjacent to this place. My Nephew had a great time playing in it.
This property is located at about 100m from Kotagiri - Ooty main Road. Since they were constructing a new road, this 100m drive was on the downside. I hope they construct the road soon (They said that it will be completed around Dec-2015).
You can easily park 4 hatchback cars inside this property. Not sure whether 4 SUVs can fit in. We can also park a single car outside this property without any risk. Also if you park your car at the beginning then you have to depend on the other car driver who is parked right behind you. Without taking the other car you will not be able to take yours. When we were there we were the only one with private vehicles so we didn't face any problems
Doddabetta peak and Botanical garden are very near to this property.
I don’t want to take out "1 Star" for the road condition as it is only temporary and since I enjoyed this stay very much I am very happy to rate this as a "5 Star"

Excellent place and service. The place was new and we liked their hospitality. We were on a family trip and everyone loved the place. We wanted to have a place with kitchen and we got this in excellent condition. We would definitely go to same place again in future trips.

We are homestay and all our apartments bathroom are with individual water heater, you can switch on as and when required, and we expect the guest to switch off after the use.
