Trident Agra is one of the best place to escape from the city for a short relaxing weekend. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and it was the right choice. We were greeted by the friendly hotel staff who ensured that our stay was memorable.A special cake awaited us in the room when we returned back from our day trip. The services provided by the hotel is impeccable. The buffet service is excellent especially the breakfast where they cater to your individual taste. My child enjoyed the swiming pool and the safety measures taken gave me the reassurance to allow her to enter the pool. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed taking evening strolls around it enjoying the company of peacocks and enjoying the greenery in the surrounding. The staff is very polite and are always ready to help. Overall a wonderful experience. Just one feedback I wanted to give, the play area especially the tent House could be better maintained in terms of hygiene.…

We stayed at this esteemed hotel for two nights. We enjoyed our stay. We went for a marriage, the reception was to be held just opposite to this hotel, so we booked trident. All the staffs of this hotel were very polite and nice. Would definitely visit in this hotel in future.
We stayed here for 1 night, it was excellent dinning experience, especially the pizza. To many varieties for breakfast. Mayank,Pawan & mishra ji were great.. Will definitely recommend ppl for this place.
Stayed at Trident Agra over Christmas with family. What was planned to be an exemplary stay turned out to be lackluster and quite a dampener. Surprisingly, inspite of the Covid related wariness, one found the hotel quite filled to capacity, and that's possibly due to the quite competitive tariffs the hotel was offering. However, this also meant that the service levels went down by several notches. The staff at the restaurant was completely unable to handle the crowd and one could see them running around cluelessly. Multiple calls/requests had to be made for simple items like eggs-made-to-order, bread (roti, naan) and a really long waiting time. Surprisingly, we found that the lunch and dinner menus were almost similar with no variety at all (no mutton dish available both times). What we thought was a bad service experience at dinner was almost repeated at the breakfast table with a similar story. With the pool and spa closed, there was literally nothing else the property had to offer, though that's the same story with all properties due to the challenges of operating in the post-pandemic world. By the time we checked out, I was frustrated enough to literally provide a very clear feedback about the unhappy experience to the front office staff. Sadly, they heard me out but did not make any efforts to escalate the feedback to the manager and just apologised more out of training than with an intent to improve on the mess. Premium properties like Trident Agra would do well to keep their tariffs at levels where they can assure exemplary services, otherwise they will start competing with the OYOs soon!…
