Musty rooms, wet bedding, no heating in winter. Hot water limited at funny times when everyone is busy visiting the Taj Mahal. They advertised the room as Air conditioned and charged extra, but there was no AC. So no heating either during cold winter. When questioned they said they remove the air conditioners in winter. .. The windows would not...

It's nothing like what the photos on the website show, we had no wifi, no clean water (the water coming from the shower was brown and dirty), building was underway and the hall way was being painted, it isn't sound proof at all with the noise from the street coming straight into the room resulting in a rough nights sleep....

You can't get much closer to the Taj! It's a 5 minute walk to the entrance and is situated within the new pedestrianised section, so you won't hear many beeps! The beds were comfy, but the hot water tank wasn't working for one day. This was due to a power cut and they couldn't get the generator to work. It...

This place is recommended on lonely planet and description said just 300mts away from the Taj. I said why not? Emails were exchanged and advance was deposited. My father and I arrived at Agra cant station from Delhi. We called ahead and were extended courtesy of early check in, Now the hotel is some 7.6kms away from the station and...

the room was very uninviting: just a bed, white walls, blanket and small bathroom. with the padlock closing it reminded us at a cell in the prison. No hot water, wifi only working in the restaurant (and even there it was not for sure)... If you stay only for one or two nights it is a good option to be...

My wife and I knew we were getting a budget option when we booked at this hotel, unfortunately it was a little worse than we expected. Poor management, though the grounds are nice, rooms did not come across as clean, wifi was not efficient even in the restaurant, and I got sick (nausea) from eating an omelette that took "forever"...

The large garden setting of this hotel is a true respite from noisy Indian streets and the mass of people at the Taj. An open-air restaurant (as well as an enclosed dining room) welcomes you with peace and quiet and swaying palms and luscious flowers. Its way back off the road, the enclosure feels protective. Food and price are good....

We had booked two rooms in this hotel. This hotel is right outside Taj Mahal, which makes it really convenient to stay here. Though your own car cannot reach here due to proximatry to Taj and we had to take public transport available.
