I rated this one as average just because of its outer look and the locality where it's situated. But indeed this is the best hotel fitting your pocket in that same area and to add in night this becomes awesome due to the direct view of TAJ. A suggestion for travellers who book night vision tickets, rather stay here in...

The hotel is very close to southgate of Taj Mahal. That's the only plus point about the hotel. While been there on February with my family found out that water is sipping in reception. The rooms are congested. The hotel is not at all well maintained. From rooftop very nice view of Taj Mahal if weather is fine. The supporting...

Got a bit freaked out by previous reviews, so we were pleasantly surprised. Comfy and very big bed, sit on loo, hot water in the morning, average wifi but only on the first floor. Bed covers where pretty dirty but otherwise so fine, monkeys make for a treat in the morning pooping on the stairs but very cheap so all...

While this place is very basic, the staff are so kind and helpful. Also, the location means you can walk to the Taj. With no frills, it still has wifi and hot water. I stayed and then returned later since I was satisfied with my experience. Also, great view from roof restaurant.

We had not much expections, already chose a lot cheap hostels in Nepal and Delhi during our trip, but this hostel was really disgusting. They charge extra for toilet paper, rooms are moldy, no hot water, wifi bad. After a rain our room was nearly flooded through the door to outside. After a few hours we came back to our...

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Absolutely filthy, the hotel is plain gross. There is mess everywhere. Don't believe me? See for yourselves if you were as stupid as me to book a room here without reading the reviews. After a 10 hour train ride I jumped into the shower only to come out and see it had flooded...

I stayed at this place for a night to a reasonable price. WiFi is working fine but the level of cleanliness leaves much to wish for. A trash bin was thrown out on one of the floors. "Probably a monkey" the staff told me. There are stains on the walls and the building is clearly in need of renovation. Showers...

We picked this place because they had rooms for 400 rupees. We arrived no reservation or anything just knew the area we wanted to stay by. We obviously failed at throughly checking the room. We were pretty tired arriving from Jaipur. Anyways after we payed the guy we realized how dirty the place is. Nothing in the room seemed clean......

I am a cyclist traveller. Hotel Shanti Lodge provided me nice and cheap room. Here you can find working internet even that time when there is no electricity in the area, they have a generator. Really cool view from the roof to Taj Mahal which is near to the hotel. Another great service that I could take my bags in...
